The ZoYaan track could have been splendid if carried out correctly and what disturbs me is that Asad did not even ask for Zoya's forgiveness. It's as if the matter has been shoved under the rug - the matter of bartering a human being. This, as someone said well, makes me hesitant to accept the magic of AsYa all over again. I DO like them - but there is no factor in them these days that makes me go ASYA!

KaBhi's chemistry has and is the best chemistry in Indian TV, ever. They share superb chemistry. But IMO, without a redemption track, without slowly repairing the MaBurt track, scenes are cute, but fall down flat.

MaBurt was a interesting track - and would have continued IF VM stayed. Thus, I do not blame anybody for this mess. The writers were in a fix with VM leaving so they ended MaBurt too soon. I have said many times that MaBurt is necessary for the story. It still is - but the way they handled it's end made QH lose magic.

AsYa are beautiful, no doubt, but the way the CVs handled them, it just doesn't seem right. No talking of the matter, no analyzing anything - and then we got hurled into the RaDil track.

This track WAS surprising, but it seems good now. Why? It's a track that re-unites the two families, KV and SM, finally, and provides a BRILLIANT way for the Ghafoor revelation.

I'm excited partially for that. Has QH lost it's magic? No - it's coming back. Has AsYa lost it's magic ? Sadly, somewhat, but it can ALSO come back.

And finally Sheila, I agree about Haider. Many in this forum will bash me, 😆, but IDC. Mohit Sehgal cannot act to save his life - and Haider strikes me more annoying than anything else. I do not find him 'cute' as many do. And Humaira and him just strike me as odd. I do wish VM could come back. Though - I AM interested in what Haider turns out to be, as it seems, unfortunately, that's here to stay.

There was a time where QH was so perfect that it just amazed everyone, and AsYa were just PERFECT. AsYa are still amazing, and beautiful, and one of my favorite TV couples, but the sad thing is, now they have become ONE of my FAVORITES instead of being my ONLY favorite. I hope they can bring redemption tracks, and close the ends nicely.

And that's my last post on the forum. I meant it when I said I stay away from this place.

QH has lost its flavour for a while and I do not think it can be redeemed in any way.But this is my personal opinion as not everyone is looking for the same value in a show...different strokes for different folks!

To start with I believe QH was a unique show with unlimited scope as it was an interesting genre that the PH was attempting.The technical team as well as the ensemble cast was excellent and it did not take long for the show to garner strong audience support.I am no TV buff but was easily drawn to QH as KSG,whose acting skills I had admired hugely in DMG was projected as the lead. Once here I was excited to view Muslim culture being depicted in an interesting ( even if not absolutely authentic) story.I liked the parallelism of the two families showing a modern and an archaic lifestyle.An important attraction was the language, as Urdu is very soothing on the ear ..and the dialogues were powerful. Altogether QH held all the promise of a serial one could invest much time on hoping to receive good entertainment in return.
Things were fine minus a few blips till the Muqaddar ka Khel track was suddenly pulled out of the blue! Actually for me it started with the irritating Zoya Farooqui-kuchh-bhi-kar-sakti-hai zeal fast tracking the Nazma nikah against Asad and Dilshad's hesitancy and then lo and behold running away from her own nikah on a scooter !!!!
That to me was the turning point that lead to the down slide. Zoya had always been the I-know-it-all character but was initially kept in check by Asad's authority and there was an endearing charm to her personality.
But as the Asad /Zoya relationship was cemented there was a definite move by CVs to put Zoya in the driver's seat ..even the silly Dhoni track was in the same vein.
Therefore I am not in sync with those who are pointing a finger at Asad for sending her to SM ...Zoya was in SM as a consequence of her own unhinged actions.And Asad did bring her out of SM ...she herself was not making any effort to do so !!!
Now the situation is such that Asya has been wrecked :( Not many are convinced of their immortal love for each other ..in spite of the birthday celebrations ..as Zoya is shown more concerned of others again ..this time it is Dilshad who holds her attention...then Humeira.Asad is not the centre of her Universe as she moves into her Zoya -Farooqui-kuchh-bhi-kar-sakt-haii mould again.Asad has been relegated to the sidelines ...just appears once in while for the TRPs Last night it was sad to see his presence in Dilshad's life re-inforced by Zoya ..no sight of Asad to hug his Ammi after her life's most harrowing and demeaning experience. I mean..they had a scene with Nazma and Nikhat ...but no Asad and Dilshad ..just Zoya explaining his feelings!!! Bizarre!!!!

I just want to see more of Asad in QH.. He's shown on a day & then the next two days he is missing.. So annoying.. Also I want more Asad-Zoya scenes.. I am tired of seeing SM people all the time..

QH can not be redeemed !

That is evident because of a shocking statement :

Razia telling Shireen... to destroy Dilshad you need to destroy her biggest strength i.e. Zoya !!! When did that happen? Was Asad not always Dilshad's biggest strength ? I am stunned with this new twist !

Spoilers bring signs of Asad facing an accident ..I presume that will further strengthen Zoya's role with Asad rendered helpless with injury or totally absent.

For me that brings the curtains down for QH as I was here only for KSG in his Asad persona.No KSG no QH is my decision. He is an excellent actor and an absolute team player .as he lifted the performances of all his co-actors ...he did that in DMG and there is enough evidence of that
( for me) in QH too. SJ is a different actor with him. In fact QH is a different show when he is on screen and centre stage ..so take him out or reduce his role and its impact ..QH will hold no interest for me :(
Adapting Murder 3 or the shrill fights over a man who is now in coma physically but was in an emotional coma for 17 years ...all this melodrama is not what I watched QH for !
