I'm starting another fiction parallel to Never Say No To Life...
This will be a short story.
a big thanks and hug to Shanu for supporting n motivating to write this one. Its dedicated to her.
Character sketches:
Shaleen Malhotra(age 25): Well he doesn't need any intro but still doing it once again. The television star and popular for his character as a super cop ACP Arjun Rawte. He's adventurous, loves to party and passionate for bikes.
Shanaya Singh(age 24): Simple and beautiful girl whose belongs to a family which consists of doctor, chartered accountants , lawyers and engineers. She herself is a CA and doesn't prefer parties at all. She loves to reads and playing guitar. She is fun-loving and her family's biggest prankster. Her family fondly refers her as Shanu'.
Shanaya's family:
Siddharth Singh(age 21): he's Shanaya's younger brother. Like every bro-sis both Shanaya and Siddhath fight a lot but above all that they love and care for each other a lot. Currently he's pursuing his degree in computer engineering.
Aakash Singh(age 26): he's Shanaya's elder cousin brother. He's also a CA.
Anushka Singh(age 23): Shanaya's cousin sister and one year younger than her. She completed her college a few months back and now works for an a well known company as technical engineer.
Arpita: Shanaya's best friend and a civil engineer.
Mrs.Veena Singh: Shanaya and Siddharth's mother.
Mr.Ashok Singh: he's a lawyer by profession and Shanaya's uncle(mama).
Mrs.Swarnima Singh: a simple and caring housewife and Shanaya's aunt(mammi).
Shanaya's father Dr.Avinash Singh passed 2 yrs back in a road accident.
Prologue:
Shaleen's parents wants to see him settled and married. His father know Mr.Ashok Singh(Shanaya's uncle) very well and has also met Shanaya twice. His parents really like Shanaya and wish to see her as their younger daughter-in-law. But they don't want to force Shaleen for anything. They just wish that both Shaleen and Shanaya meet each other and then they themselves will decide if they want to spend their rest of the lives with each other.
The same thoughts prevail in Shanaya's family. Her mother and uncle-aunt want to see her getting married. Since her father passed away her uncle feels its his responsibility to get her married to a person who would love and take care of her. Her uncle and aunt never differentiated between Anushka (whose their own daughter)and Shanaya. And since Shanaya is the second eldest child of the family after Aakash so after him its her turn to get married.
After her father's demise the responsibility of her mother and brother came to her and she fulfilled it with full honesty and continues to do.
All the four bro-sis (Aakash, Shanaya ,Anushka an Siddharth ) love each other a lot.
But Shanaya doesn't have the same thoughts of marriage,rather she doesn't wish to get married...never ever.
She neither believes in love or marriages. The things get changed when she comes to know about her marriage thoughts which is running in the minds of her family but that doesn't weken her determination of not to get married. When she discovers that Shaleen's elder brother, Nishant (whose also a very good friend of Aakash) along with his wife is coming to attend Aakash's wedding and with them Shaleen is also coming, it makes things worst. Shanaya decided to put an end to all this. Although she knows that her family won't get her married so soon and it were just thoughts about it but she didn't want to take any chance. So she along with Siddharth,Anushka and her besr friend Arpita plans to put all this to an end.
They all plan to various pranks which would irritate and make Shaleen angry and he'll dislike Shanaya and reject even the thought of getting married to her.
