May be it was bb's secret task or another way to discredit the threesome to make ajaz do the funny suicide act after all who knows what happens in that house of the damned? Because we the audience only get to see a 45 minutes synopsis of bb's choice of a whole day's events.

no secret task .. they thought Ajaz wd do some acting ( similar on the lines of Drunk/ suicide acting in Sholay ) but Ajaz went for real .. it got serious ..

Don't think BB would be that sick to give them a secret task like this. Even so, the way you go around in completing a secret task is up to you, therefore Ajaz and co obviously took the wrong route.
