Did Dev plan this to save Kajal? because kajal's father agreed for the marriage too so did everyone plan this so kajal can forget Dev.

yes it all seemd too pat...but the emotions on his face were real....he did mean what he said...but he has always loved kaju...the point was not about getting him to say i love you..but agree to marriage.....surprising she didnt hold him to that before climbing up...it was a bit strange this epi...a bit disconnected from prev. week...and the passion was lacking..somewhat.....remember when kaju was running after him in the ruins....that week was electric...emotions 200%...here i felt some of the lines were said...flatly...especiallythe scene with SP...she didnt even cry...almost zombie like...thast not like Kaju...or perhaps she was just tired....seemd like that

(1) WHEN HE ASKED GOD TO GIVE HAPPINESS TO KAJAL AND "MUJSE PYAR KARNE KI SAZA MAT DENA"

(2) HE SAID TO KARAN BHAIYA " KAJAL KO MEIN KUCHH NAHI HONE DUNGA"

THESE THREE REASON I THINK HE IS UPTO SOMETHING

chalo its not just me who found the episode a bit odd even though was quite romantic. Even I found Dev's sudden change in behaviour to be a little odd. 😕

And I agree with you guys, he never said kaajjal's name while praying in the temple for her but said this girl.
The only thing I didn't find fishy was the confession and the hug. That was genuine. The passion was lacking completely and Apu seemed distant. 😕
