He is British born and as far as I know about accents it is British accent.

Its not fake! He is from London, and thats their accent

In my opinion, it is not really fake. He is a British citizen, born and raised there. In fact, I am happily surprised his Punjabi does not sound like Brinjabi!

Are you kidding me? Andy was born and raised in the UK. If anything, I'd say that bechara struggles with hindi and tries to "thicken" his accent in the midst of desis in order to fit in.
