And you guys complain that my TATM is intense?? Haah!
Of Bonds And Trust
Hello my Lovelies..
The day I had started writing Tides And the Moon, I had a few equations in my mind.
First one was but obvious that Swayam be in contact with Kria.
When one thinks about Swayam's character, one knows that he is the most understanding, the most forgiving soul that there can be.
But what I always expected was, that no matter what, Swayam would always tell the truth to Kria. That Kria would know all about Taani too, and accept in a way that Rey cannot be hers.
That dynamic is yet to unfold in D3, and we'll see later on how that'll affect the bond that KriYam have.
Second thing, when I wrote in Tides And The Moon about Rey finding out the truth behind Kria's leaving, I made him call Swayam first. People then, had questioned me... That why would Rey call Swayam? It does not make sense.
I hope those people understood it all by today's episode. Reyaansh And Swayam are a bond that at times, transcends even the boundaries set by blood ties. I at times may joke about their relationship being errhmm erhhmm... But when you look at it seriously, Swayam is the only person whom Rey depends on... COMPLETELY.
He had been there when Kria left him. He had been there when Taani left him. He had been his support when he needed anything at all. Swayam is the most dependable pillar of strength and trust that Rey leaned on completely. Whenever the pressure of it all got to him, Swayam was the one with whom Rey could turn to for advice and guidance.
But knowing that he was with Kria the entire time, it shattered Reyaansh so badly, that gathering the pieces are going to take eternity.
Next I'll come to the bond I personally adore. ShaRey. Sharon has always held Reyaansh at a pedestal of sorts. From the time that she had that teensy weensy crush on time, to the time when Reyaansh helped her get Swayam, it has always been him that has supported her come what may.
So, it is only natural that she be angered when someone, who had so bluntly and clearly hurt her pillar of support comes back into her life. She'll try with all her might to thrash that annoyance, that destructive person with all her might. And she isn't wrong in doing so. But what irks her more, is the thought that the man she loves, is siding up with the person who hurt her most precious pillar of support. And then, her love jerks her out of his life, and is welcoming that threat... That would not be pretty in Sharon's mind.
Today's episode was dark, intense and broody. Now that I have blabbered about the stupid references I got from my story, I'll come to the events that happened tonight.
Why the f**k are Amar and Bharat giving so much tashan? Muuh todh du mai unka?
If I remember right, weaklings won that last competition that Kria was in with them. After that, though she left, she really didn't ditch them or whatever. Yeah, it was Reyaansh who was hurt the most. But I don't think Amar and Bharat had such a strong impact on her leaving. Did they even ever mention her when she was gone? I really don't think so. Toh fir bhai, Kaahe ka inna tashan? Fokati bhaav khaane ka?
Coming to the Fire Exit scene : Awesome-Sauce it wajjj! Slamming the door on her face would have been so cliche and purana thing to do... So our Reyaansh went even further in stabbing her with his words... It's such an awesome thing to say to your ex! Don't dirty my name! Wowie. Majja aa gaya sacchi.
Kria, doll, love... What do you expect to say to the guy yaar?
What else can you tell him but the truth?
So, I really don't know what you were thinking about when you said Hi to him at the fire exit.
Amarjeet Singh, again... Kudos on getting the red eyes right and crying like a man is supposed to and not going all lampu jhinna. Thank you. You made Reyaansh very believable, yet again.
The Basement Scene for SwaRon: Though I expected Swayamm to do something good, the guy just wants to dig his grave. Toh jaao beta... Khodo. Meri bala se.
Sharon, I am with you 100 percent sweetheart.
The ShaReYam scene: I think this one was the most paisa wasool scene in a very very long time. Yup, Sharon shouldn't have blurt it out like that. But then, Swayam shouldn't have kept it hidden from her either. She didn't think before saying it, but her intentions were never wrong, So Swayam, stop making her feel guilty.
Coming to the shock and the silence protrayed by Reyaansh... Bang on. Yup, you have always been insecure and always thought that she preferred him to you... So the first thought that came in your mind was completely justified. I can't wait to see how much more hatred you'll dish out on Kria.
VP Scene: I dunno why... The moment he said do a dance with Kria on annual day.. All I wanted was an aggressive Paso-Doble.
Precap: Kria, meri mata, meri behen, meri amma... Tu kyun usse sawaal pooch rahi hai aise? Tera dimaag NY mei hi reh gaya kya?
But then, I loved the hatred and the aggression. I cannot wait for things to go much much worse than this.
All in all, an amazing episode. Love you creatives... It's like you read my mind. Just please punch Bharat and Amar from my side and I'll worship you.
Ciao.
Much Love.
Anks.
