Made by young, ambitious filmmaker, it is all set to bring in hoards of new generation viewers to cinema halls across Gujarat and Mumbai

Gujarati film industry, which is already witnessing lots of happenings of late, is going to add another remarkable chapter to its interesting story. Happy Familyy Pvt. Ltd., a coming-of-age, modern Gujarati feature film, produced under the banner of Monopoly Pictures by producer Anand Doshi and directed by Raghuvir Joshi, is releasing on Friday, 06 December 2013 across Gujarat and also in Mumbai.

The film, shot extensively in Bhuj, Gujarat and partially in Mumbai, made using ultramodern film technology and canned a latest camera which even Hindi films are to use extensively. Moreover, Happy Familyy Pvt. Ltd. is releasing on 100 plus screens, most of them being multiplexes, which again is a sort of a record for a Gujarati film.

Happy Familyy Pvt. Ltd. is directed by Raghuvir Joshi, who has worked as an assistant director in several Holywood films including Oscar award winned Zero Dark Thirty directed by Kathryn Bigelow, The Reluctant Fundamentalist directed by Meera Nair, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel directed by John Madden, among others. He and producer Anand Doshi has also studied filmmaking in Whistling Woods International, Subhash Ghai's renowned film institute.

The duo, being Gujaratis, decided to kickstart their professional film career with a Gujarati film. Happy Familyy Pvt. Ltd. stars Khichdi serial and film fame Rajeev Mehta, bollywood actor Vrajesh Hirjee of Kaho Na Pyaar Hai, Talaash, Golmaal series films, Fanaa, as well as television sitcom F. I. R. and Jannat film fame Shekhar Shukla, veteran actor Dinesh Hingoo along with young actors Sonia Shah, Karan Ashar, Samvedna Suwalka, Ashwin Mehra and others. The songs are penned by Dilip Rawal, Salil Jamadar and Prem Gadhvi while the music is composed by Advait Nemlekar and Chhavi Sodhani-Doshi. One of the songs of the film is sung by Divya Kumar, T-Series' Bhushan Kumar's wife and a Bollywood director now.

Happy family is due for release on Friday 06 December 2013.
