What happened in Part 17? Gauri goes to her Baba's house, her Baba is angry again and shouts at Mahensaab, he says that Gauri and Shiv will have to get divorced. Gauri tells him to w8 for the paternity test in case Shiv is proved not to be the baby's father, her Baba is still angry but agrees to wait for the paternity test b4 issuing divorce papers. 2 months l8r Gauri faints, her Baba checks her over then rushes her to hospital where he has a blood test done. The results are positive, b4 the doctor can say anymore Alokji stops him and they go home, Alokji phones Mahehsaab and tells him 2 hav a paternity test done as there is another person's future as stake.

Part 18

Gauri: Baba u still haven't told me wot the blood test woz 4. Wot woz the test 4 Baba?

Alokji: I'll tell u wen the time comes.

Alokji goes 2 walk away but Gauri stops him.

Gauri: Baba u hav 2 tell me 2day wot that test woz for, no matter wot happens u hav 2 tell me 2day wot that test woz 4.

Alokji: I wont tell u yet.

Alokji goes 2 go again

Gauri: Baba if u don't tell me 2day then…. then I wil leave this house 4eva and neva come bak. That is why u hav 2 tell me wot woz the test for.

Alokji: Gauri…

Gauri: Baba tell me wot woz the test for.

Alokji: Gauri… plz

Gauri(puts her Baba's hand on her head): Baba aapko meri kasam u hav 2 tell me wot woz the test for?

Alokji: No Gauri

Gauri: Baba please I beg of u tell me pleeeasssse?

Alokji: Ok I will tell u……U… r…….pregnant.

Gauri sits on the sofa in a big shock.

Alokjil: I'm sorry I no I shud hav told u dis wen I had found out.

Gauri: Oh my god, I'm…..I'm….. p..p..pregnant?

Alokji: Yes.

Gauri(thinking): Now wot am I gonna do? Shiv mite b a father twice. Shud I tell Shiv? I mean they r ready 2 the test over there is it rite for me 2 tell him? As he is the father I think he has the rite 2 know.

Gauri dials a numba on her mobile.

Shiv: Hello?

Gauri: H…h…hello S…S…Shiv?

Shiv: G….G..Gauri? oh my god Gauri u don't know how much I missed ur voice. How r u? I miss u soooo much. Oh and er…. they r ….er….doing the paternity test 2day.

Gauri: I….they r doing the test 2day?

Shiv: Yes they r, I just hope the test comes out negative otherwise…..(starts 2 cry) I will lose u 4eva and I wont b able 2 tolerate life without u, neva neva.

Gauri: Shiv! Shiv!! Don't cry please….

Silence

Shiv: Gauri? U still there?

Gauri: Y…yes Im still here.

Shiv: Then y r u not speaking?

Gauri: Im just thinking whether 2 tell u or not.

Shiv: Tell me wot?

Silence

Shiv: Gauri? Gauri?!

Gauri: Don't worry I am still here. I think I hav 2 tell as u hav the rite 2 know, as it will affect ur life as much as mine.

Shiv: W….what will affect me? Gauri wot iz it? Tell me

Gauri: Shiv….Shiv…..I'm…I'm….

Shiv: Gauri, say. Tell me

Gauri: I'm…..I'm…..

Shiv: Gauri if u don't tell me I will come there.

Gauri: I'm…..I'm….

Shiv: Right Gauri I'm putting down the phone and I am coming there.

Shiv disconnects the phone

Gauri: Shiv?……Shiv?!

Shiv drives 2 Gauri's house. Mahen and family r looking 4 Shiv.

Mahen dials a numba

Shiv: Hello?

Mahen: Hello? Shiv where r u?

Shiv: I am on ma way 2 Gauri's house…… she was trying 2 tell me sumthing on the phone and she couldn't so I am going 2 c wot she wanted ……2 tell me.

Mahen: Ok, we just wanted u 2 come with us

Shiv: Wot 4?

Mahen: Hav u 4gotten we r doing the paternity test, we r going 2 the hospital rite now.

Shiv: Oh ok dad,…er…. u go.

Mahen: Shiv u shud come as well

Shiv: Dad I need 2 c Gauri and c wot she woz trying 2 tell me. Please Dad..

Mahen: ….Ok u go

Shiv: tnx dad, bye

Mahen: Bye

Shiv disconnects the phone.

Gauri is sitting in her room thinking about Shiv.

Shiv: Gauri!! Gauri!!

Shiv goes into her room

Gauri: Shiv?!

Gauri hugs Shiv

Shiv(holding her): Gauri wot did u want 2 tell me? Gauri! Tell me

Gauri: I'm….I'm…..I'm….

Shiv: Gauri tell me pleeeaaseee

Gauri: I'm….I'm…I'm (she gets the courage, her voice echoes) pregnant.

Shiv(shocked): What?! U r pregnant?

What happened in Part 18? Well Gauri finds out she is pregnant and she is really phones Shiv 2 tell him but she cant tell him on the phone so he decides 2 go 2 her house to ask her wot she wanted to tell him. As he drives to her house he gets a phone call from his dad who tells him that they r going 2 the hospital to do the paternity test. He reaches Gauri's house where he finds out that Gauri is pregnant.

Part 19

Shiv(shocked): What?! U r pregnant? Oh my god….. Here u r telling me this and over there Ipshita is getting a paternity test done 2 find if I am the father or not. Here I am going 2 b a father that is definite but over there not everything is definite.

Gauri: Oh…… the test is going 2 b happen 2day. Ok

Alokji is silently listening 2 their conversation from outside the room

Shiv: I just hope the test is negative coz I wont b able 2 leave with out u, if u leave then I wont be able 2 live. I just keep getting scared wot if the test proves positive. Gauri wot if it positive?

Gauri is silent.

Shiv: Listen Gauri, if the test is positive please don't leave me. U know that wasn't me I was drunk I didn't know wot I was doing I saw u instead of Ipshita.

Gauri is still silent

Shiv: Gauri if u leave me after the test results then I'll…..I'll di….

Gauri puts her hand on his mouth to stop him speaking.

Gauri: Shiv…..

Shiv: Gauri please promise me that wen the results come u wont leave me, please Gauri please?

Shiv holds onto her legs

Gauri: Shiv!?!?!…….. ok!! ok!, I wont leave u, as I love u far 2 much for this 2 make me leave u. I know this all was a mistake, so I will 4give u 4 the pain u gave me last time but I may not b able 2 4give u 4 this pain just yet. So I promise u that I wont leave u. We'll see wot happens wit the test

Alokji: Well Done Mr Shiv Kapoor u hav finally persuaded my daughter not 2 leave u

Gauri: Baba he did not persuade me, I myself decided that I may not leave him as I love him.

Alokji: Gauri he is….

Gauri: Baba please I really really love him I cant live without him please 4give him Baba please?

Alokji: Ok I'll 4give him 4 now

Gauri hugs her Baba

At that moment Shiv's phone rings

Shiv: Hello?

Mahen: Hello? Shiv

Shiv: Hi dad, er…why hav u phoned me?

Mahen: I just wanted 2 tell u that Ipshita has had the test done and it will take another week for the results to come through.

Shiv: Ok dad, tnx 4 telling me.

Mahen: Now I think u shud come home, oh yes and u told me Gauri wanted 2 tell u something, wot was it?

Shiv: Hang on dad (turns 2 Gauri) Gauri dad is askin me wot u wanted 2 tell me shall I tell him u r pregnant?

Gauri nods

Shiv: Ok (on the phone) Dad?

Mahen: Yes Shiv?

Shiv: U r going 2 b a grandfather

Mahen: I know that is why we had the test done 2 c if u r the father

Shiv: No dad, I am not talking about Ipshita, (looks at Gauri) I am talking about Gauri. Gauri is going 2 b a mother, dad. U r going 2 b a grandfather.

Mahen: Oh wow, Gauri is going 2 b a mother? That is really good news…….but wot will happen wen the results r going 2 come and they prove u r the father?

Shiv: Dad Gauri says that she wont leave me as she loves me far 2 much. So wen the results come out we will c wot happens.

Mahen: Ok but wot will happen 2 Ipshita now? She will be humiliated.

Shiv: Dad she was going 2 get married 2 Anupam, why cant that marriage go ahead?

Mahen: Well we have 2 talk 2 Anupam first and see if he wants 2 carry on.

Shiv: Ok I will phone him rite now dad, u take Ipshita home.

Mahen: Ok Shiv, bye

Shiv disconnects phone.

Shiv: Now I hav 2 phone Anupam 2 persuade him 2 marry Ipshita.

Gauri: Yeh that wud b good

Shiv smiles at Gauri in a sort of fun mood

Shiv: Oh no reason, only that u r my wife

Gauri walks 2wards him and stands really close 2 him

Gauri: Well first phone Anupam first then we will c about that

Shiv: Ok darling meri jaan

Shiv dials Anupams numba

Anupam: Shiv! Er……..how r u?

Shiv: Im fine Anupam, er……Anupam I wanted 2 ask u sumthing

Anupam: What do u want 2 ask me?

Shiv: Well……will u marry Ipshita?

Anupam: Wot??!! Do u know wot u r saying? Me marry Ipshita after she may b carrying ur child, u both love each other, then how can i…….

Shiv: I don't love her anymore, since Gauri found out about me and Ipshita I hav not been able 2 think about anyone else except Gauri so I don't love Ipshita (looking at Gauri) I love Gauri

Anupam: But how can I?

Shiv: Do u love Ipshita or not?

Anupam: Yes I do but…..

Shiv: But wot?

Anupam: I cant……She……baby

Shiv: Anupam u love her that's it, u marry her and live happily with her 4eva and I live happily with Gauri.

Anupam is silent

Shiv: Anupam u there? Anupam!

Anupam: Yeh I am here

Shiv: So wot do u think about it Anupam

Anupam: Ok ….. I wil marry Ipshita, but wot if u r proved 2 b the father?

Shiv: That does not matter, u and Ipshita can live happily with the baby.

Anupam: Ok,, I wil marry Ipshita

Shiv: Ok… I am happy 4 u Anupam, congrats I will tell this 2 the rest of the family. Oh and er...Gauri is also pregnant so I will be a father 2

Anupam: Oh! Congrats Shiv

Shiv: Same 2 u, anyway I'll tell this 2 the family now. Bye

Anupam: Bye Shiv, tell Gauri Congrats.

Shiv: I will

Shiv disconnects the phone

Gauri: Wot did Anupam say Shiv?

Shiv: Well he er……said….that he will…….

Gauri: Wot? Wot did he say?

Gauri: Shiv!?

Shiv: He said…… Yes he will marry Ipshita

Gauri hugs Shiv

Shiv: I'll phone the family now

Shiv phones the family and tells them about Anupam's propsal. They are all happy, but not Ipshita who was happy about marrying Shiv

Every1 lives happily as normal, Gauri with Shiv in Alokji's house and the rest of the family in Kapoor mansion. After a week they all go back 2 the hopital for the results including Gauri and Shiv

Mahen: Doctor can u tell me who the father is?

Doctor: Yes I can I hav a result

Mahen looks at Shiv then back at the doctor

Mahen: Who is the father?

Doctor: The father is Mr Shiv Kapoor

Ipshita smiles. Shiv and Gauri leave the rooms smiling hand in hand, Ipshita sees them leave and follows them..

Ipshita: Shiv!....Shiv!!

Shiv turns round

Shiv: Yes Ipshita wot do u want?

Ipshita: I wud like 2 talk 2 u in private

Shiv: Woteva u wanna say u can in front of Gauri

Ipshita: Well it is kinda private

Shiv: So?....wot....

Gauri puts her hand on Shiv's shoulder 2 stop him

Gauri: Shiv she is insisting that u go, so go

Shiv: But Gauri...

Gauri: Shiv after all that has happened our relationship has not been affected how is u and Ipshita talking in private gonna affect it go.

Shiv smiles mischievously

Gauri: We'll see Shiv, first go...go!!

Shiv and Ipshita go but Ipshita looks behind angrily at Gauri 😡 😡 But Gauri doesnt see this as she is busy talking 2 sum1 she knows

Shiv: Right wot do u want?

Ipshita: I want u 2 divorce Gauri and marry me since the father of ma baby is u.

Shiv: No I will not divorce her and marry u, I have already chosen a guy 4 u 2 marry and he has agreed.

Ipshita: Who is it?

Anupam comes

Shiv: and here he comes

Anupam: Hey Shiv

Shiv: Hey Anupam

Anupam: Congrats man

Shiv: For wot?

Anupam: For wot? u hav forgotten already that u told me this morning that u r gonna b a father?

Shiv: Oh that, tnx

Anupam: U shud go, Gauri is w8ing 4 u

Shiv: Ok cya bye

Anupam: Bye

Shiv goes

Ipshita: Why did u congratulate him? W8, how did he know that the test was gonna prove positive?

Anupam: Test? No, I wasn't talking about u and ur baby, I was congratulating Shiv and Gauri they r gonna b proud parents soon ohh about the same time as u.

Ipshita: Gauri is pregnant?

Anupam: Yeh didnt u know?

Ipshita: No
