the best thing CV's can do is to stop the show for three months and have a talk with old actors and renegotiate with them or being new actors in their place just like American and British crime shows.
CV's need to stop producing new episodes and solve the problem at hand and there is no dirt of actors who want to venture out of sas-bahu sagas and do a different show or a episodic show.
More than new actors,well established actors are doing episodic shows.
