Dilshad wanting to feel complete... right or wrong?

Surbhiholic this post is for you

As children, we tend to take our parents for granted (I speak for myself here).
We don't realise that they have a life too. so sometimes they make a choice that we are not happy with, we tend to go on track that we (the children) are not important to our parents anymore.

In Dilshad's case, she gave herself to her kids selflessly for the past 17 years.
Now seeing the love between Asad and Zoya, Rashid's near death situation, made her want for some happiness for herself.

Now it is easy to say, why can't she be happy with Asad? She is happy with Asad but she does not feel complete. Is this wrong to feel like that? Not one bit. It is a law of nature. Two opposite sex make a whole one unit. There are exceptions to this law (I am one of the exceptions 😃)

Why should she forgive Rashid after all these years? Because Dilshad is still in love and when you are in love, you forgive and forget when ego does not come into play. That's what she has done. In fact it is Asad and Zoya's love that has opened her eyes.

Rashid is spineless, she is going to be hurt by him? Probably yes, Probably no... but Dilshad is an adult and she should find that out for herself.

Asad isn't stopping her to keep her with him but stopping her to keep her safe
He always has guided her as a father guides his children.
And thinks would have been better if Rashid came and made effort to win Asad's trust rather then barging in all off a sudden.

How can Asad let his mom go to a man who didn't even care about her this 17years.
It's very hard for him

She wants to feel complete with a man who is the reason she is incomplete ! He is the reason y she and her children suffered for 17 years ! If she wants to go and be complete with them then she can go ahead but he will never be completely hers Bcoz he belongs to another woman as well !

Its for Dilshad to decide. She needs to believe that Rashid is bad for her. At the moment, she does not believe that, so she is still can't feel complete in Asad's house.

Asad is not going to change his opinion about his father.

A home is not just four walls around you. One needs to feel complete. She gave 17 years of her life for her kids, forgetting her own unhappiness but pretending to be happy all the time. Only Zoya saw through Dilshad smile.

Again as I said before Dilshad should feel so.
At the moment, Dilshad feels that Rashid will complete her. She had accepted the situation. It is for her to find out.

Asad gave his childhood to Dilshad... no... his childhood was taken away from him by Rashid leaving Dilshad. Asad feeling the way he does is not strange. Is it right, I think not.

Asad has Zoya now... Dilshad would never have made the decision to go away with Rashid, if Asad was alone.
In one of my previous posts, I did ask this question, if Asad is asked to choose between Dilshad and Zoya, who should he choose? I was surprised when some answered Dilshad. Asad does not deserve Zoya.

The day before my brother's wedding, my father seated both my brother and me together to have a talk. He started with me. He told me that I should not feel bad if my brother sides my to-be sis-in-law more than would me, his sister. My brother reacted saying "What rubbish, Dad of course I will my sis". My dad told my brother that he would be disappointed if he did as my brother should be more a husband than a brother. My father was not talking about not supporting me as a sister but being more of a husband. Similarly, my father asked my brother to take my sis-in-law's side more than he would his parents. The reason, after his marriage he should first be a husband than a son.

Sure, Dilshad may get hurt, may get insulted. Dilshad need to go through all that so that she can get some closure when she makes the final decision.

There is nothing wrong with her wanting to feel complete

Why does she need her husband to feel complete?

She is going to live with Rashid What the H is wrong with her?

Rashid is such a muftkhor

He is living as ghar jamai in SM n with whose permission has he asked Dil to come live with him there

Man get a new house and live with your family there

Shirin will leave her bhai ka ghar n her husband will live there with his first wife

How?

Asad is thinking about Dil; she will be insulted there n it will be hard for her n he knows that Rashid cannot stand up for her

👏👏 to your Dad as that was very sweet of him.

But i still stand that if Asad is asked to choose between Zoya and Dillu he would choose Dillu with his eyes close.

Your dad is right but my take is this

I spouse i can replace , A mother or Father i can never get another. Ask me i am adopted and i know the feeling of growing up in a house where i was never equal to the kids of the house. So for me if i had a chance to be with my biological mum and dad i would give up an arm and a leg for that feeling. At 49 i still cry when i think of how it feels to have mothers love.

Sorry i got to stop here as it's emotional for me.
