Its for Dilshad to find out for herself whether Rashid will support her or not.

No father will go and stay with his son. Its the other way round.

Whether Rashid is living as ghar jamai or not, currently that is his house.

Lets see what happens.

Asad has always seen through her smiles. He loves her the most; understands her the most. He knows how incomplete she has always felt. He is not indifferent to the hurt staying away from Rashid is causing Dilshad. He is just adamant to keep her from hurting herself further by going near him or staying with him in that madhouse.

She is better off here with her son but if she wants to leave she ain't wrong either. To err is human. She is making a mistake, fine.

All I have a problem with is the way she communicated this decision to Asad.

Sorry i left my earlier comment halfway.

I do not think anyone knows the feeling of losing a parent or both unless they experience it. For me it is not the time for Dilshad to feel complete at her age. She is old enough to be a grandmother and the prime of her life when she should have stood up for her right she did not and took it as it was given to her.

P>S i LOVE my chiild to death as i know how much strength garners from me. And if i have to ever choose between a spouse and my child it would be my child with my eyes close.

no one say dishad at fault every one have right to take decision .
here only rashid at fault n the way of his apporch. how can he said that to asad
tumhari ammi hone se pahle wo meri biwi hai. spinless creature.
i have no sympathy for dilshad but ya she is not worng

Your dad is right but my take is this

I spouse i can replace , A mother or Father i can never get another. Ask me i am adopted and i know the feeling of growing up in a house where i was never equal to the kids of the house. So for me if i had a chance to be with my biological mum and dad i would give up an arm and a leg for that feeling. At 49 i still cry when i think of how it feels to have mothers love.

I'm sorry you grew up in a house where you were never made to feel equal.

As a human being, we have different compartments for the different kinds of love. The love between a man and a woman supercedes all the other loves at some point. Because a man and a woman becomes one.

When my father advised my brother and me, he said this so that we would not be in a position to make such choices and believe because of that, I have one of the most beautiful relationship with my sis-in-law now.

It was not right of Asad to have asked Dilshad to choose between himself and her husband.

Yes, you are right we can never replace our parents, our siblings. I believe that we cannot replace our spouses too especially if we are in love with our spouses.

Is reverse is not true. Didnot Asad devote himself selflessly to his mother and sister. Did not he chose a destitute mother over a rich father.

So now where the loyalities of Dilshad lies. One call from rashid and she is ready to leave Asad for the same man who took his father and his brother away and now santching his mother and why becuse she is in love how convenient😕

Asad did not have to choose. He was left behind. He was left behind with the "destitute mother". Dilshad is not being snatched away, she is just moving house, but she will back on visits. Now because Asad has asked Dilshad to choose, he has created a situation where Dilshad cannot come back.

I'm not beating up Asad here, Asad has allowed the situation to control him instead of he controlling the situation. It is not fair that just because Dilshad is a mother that she continue sacrificing, she has her wants, her wishes, her life too.

Asad is grown up now, He has Zoya. He should allow his mother to have her own life. Asad cannot decide for Dilshad whether she should or should not make the mistake. When Asad and Zoya get married (I know it is taking for ever), they are going to spend more and more time together,

When Asad and Zoya go out on their honeymoon, for their trips together, what is Dilshad going to do all by herself? Should she also join them? Should Dilshad live the rest of her life thinking "if only I had said yes to Rashid?" ? Is that fair?

Yes, the realisation came 17 years later. Why? For this we have to "blame" Asad and Zoya.

The love Asad and Zoya have for each other made the void in Dilshad's bigger and deeper. The courage that Asad showed in claiming his love, gave Rashid courage to claim Dilshad (be it right or wrong)

people saying Dilshad could fulfill her needs,by other man but fact is she loved and still loves Rashid only... so why shouldnt she go with her beloved one?? cause its her life and she can do anything she thinks best for herself
