Episode 437 Discussion: 25th Nov 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size and colors. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters, or multi-colored font for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

i'll use a dialogue from mohabattein today.."hawa ka rukh badal raha hai" 👏 When RK is RK, MB mein jaan aa jaati hai...sorry for sounding like a fangirl today...my review will be such..

Madhu is strong and her baby is strong..👍🏼 falling, tripping, CO inhalation etc. etc. didn't affect Madhu ..she said it's Bappa ki marzi ..

RK is happy and Madhu is happy that RK is fine, Madhu expects frm him tht now he will let her keep their baby !

they both have the same kind of argument, this time a little bit logical...post production and promotions may take months and Madhu's pregnancy will be a roadblock ! solution -> the film is released in 2 weeks, no promotion , MC ke sarr par talwar 👏 my right kameena i won't blame him for thinking tht the movie will be a flop and they must look for alternative arrangements..he is no Guruji to predict the future...the movie is a risky venture...we know it'll be a hit , but now, hit or flop is irrelevant..in both the cases, RM will fall apart frm each other..think so..may be , may be not..

Madhu again repeating the same dialogue.."my responsibility is over, now this film is your problem, i have taken my decision" !! more on it later..

RK doesn't wanna spend money on the promotions 👏 dafo ho, mr. whoever u are..

for the first time in MB, the calender dates take a leap ..and it's the day of premier ! Bhabhi is not interested 🤣 the last scene of RM, i didn't quite understand his dialogue..he meant something else...

Precap, good ! Bhabhiji will make an appearance...why not tell the media that she's pregnant?

VD looked amazing..and he really nails it while in his attitude wala avtaar...he is just too good !

Everything proceeded at warp speed today.

Baby Kundra is fine, Madhu is fine. Lovely. (I'm starting to get attached to this baby. Bad)
Loving reunion between RM, which I liked.
Theek hai. At least Madhu admits it - that she was obstinate in wanting to do the stunt scene.
RK asks Madhu to name her wish (err...) She asks for the baby, he predictably talks about wanting bright future for kid. Teary-eyed Madhu, scowling RK, at an impasse yet again.
Kudos to VD for a heroic effort with mouthing those dialogues. I didn't completely buy them, but they did make sense from a logical perspective. Unfortunately, a baby is also an emotional decision - something he is realizing with his wife stainding firm on her resolve to go ahead with the pregnancy.
Dips breaks ranks and dumps Evilness. Nice.
Continuing cold war between the couple, RK refuses to spend any money on promotion, blah blah blah. Logically, of course. No sense throwing good money after bad.
He gets ready for the premiere, looking all devastating, and gives some kameena-ish dialogues to a teary eyed Madhu. BTW, why isn't she ready to go to the premiere? He didn't invite her? 😕

OH no..not one scene of RK praying to Bappaji for Madhu's recovery?? And not one tightwala hug scene, crying on each other's shoulder after the accident?? ? Bahut naainsaafi hai..goli de de, RM ko shoot karna hai😆

Madhu is fine, baby is fine. RK is also fine, all recovered from paralysis. Gearing up for life and maybe baby no 2? Control, RK...you don't want babies right...😆
Baby is a fighter. Thank you Momma and Papa..for fighting so much. Yeh genes mujhe de de..bapaji.
RM scene was so hurried, almost as if they were waiting to tell each other, you are fine, I am fine. Now I want my baby and I want my film's heroine.Though RK's arguments made sense, what did'nt make sense was his almost washing his hands off the film.
Madhu is clear she will keep the baby
Sad scene at night, because one knows how they must be yearning to be with each other.
One word of advice, Pabho, if you wanted hot water to be brought to you, you should have been friends with your other bahu...barking up the wrong tree. Serves you right anyway..

Three months later:

Premiere night...Madhu refuses to come. RK is upset...

But I am kind of confused. What is RK upset about? She will turn up but then he will get angry that she gets more attention

I think the CVs are also confused, so am getting into a zen like zone. Do what you want, guys. Tell your story like you want to..

I am just gonna copy paste from my post. 😆
Is it just me or did VD as attitude wala RK put life into today's episode.
So many spoilers...so many rumors...so many reactions...and yet I felt that the episode was really good today.😃

There was an improvement on the logic front...more rational albeit argumentative negotiations...Pabho and Dips occupying mimimal screentime...and DVD working their passion into maximum of the episode.

Proves that DVD can alone carry the clunk with style and make audience like it...😳

That ek jhaapad wala part was my favourite! 🤣 But the reunion scene was very touching 😳

Baby Blip is proving to be a fighter, just as I predicted. 😉

But today was VD's day though. Its the return of the egoistic hero with oodles of attitude.

And I cant even criticize RK for not wanting a child at that time...he was thankful and grateful to her for her help...quite humble about it infact...and very logical points he put forth...got shot down by emotional talk of Madhu...i thought he felt quite hurt and disappointed that she would be so irresponsible and immature about his career-saving movie...but as RK has always done...he conceded to Madhu's demands and so had to move up the date of the premiere...the man might grumble and talk hot air but he always does what his wife wants.😆

I am happy he did that...i would have been more angry at him had he forced her to work through months of publicity campaigns in her delicate condition.

Madhu...as I expected...is on a one-track mind about her baby...she cant compromise, she doesnt want anything more to do with the movie...promotion aur heroine-centric responsibilities jaaye bhaad mein... and of course cannot accept any family planning measure...and MC says that RK is the one who throws unprofessional tantrums 😆.

Madhu ka stance is very clear...my acting part is over...i wash my hands of this project...do whatever the hell you want to make the movie succeed...but let me play "Roti Kapda Aur Makaan"...though i dont think she has even thought beyond the romanticism of the concept of motherhood to grasp the more practical and materialistic matters 😆

I was laughing when RK said to Bittuji ..."aaj toh jald baazi ka zamaana hai" 🤣...i was thinking "isi liye toh 13 days ko 1 episode mein khatam kar diya!" 🤣

Pabho is all hush hush about her evil deed...Dips chance maaroying on being the one to BBB someone else for a change.😆

Precap - Press eager to see the heroine...RK should have sent her an invitation and asked her to do him another favour by turning up...so stay tuned for how the reluctant female superstar saves the day again by rescuing RK from the press's interrogation with some professional conduct for a change 😃.

I think Sounds, she told him that she has fulfilled her responsibility (of acting), now she wants to focus on her bacha, ghar etc. etc., releasing the movie and making it a success is RK's headache, so RK didn't expect her to be a part of promotions and since she didn't care abt the movie and it's future, he didn't care to ask her to accompany him...He'll be upset if she turns up bec. he doesn't like this fake concern for the movie ..

he is sure that the film will flop, just as MC is sure that Madhu is a superstar in making and this movie will break all records...now the twist will be that inspite of no promotions and no RK, and RK thinking tht it'll never work, the film will be a hit and Madhu will be appreciated more than him..his ego will not take this huge blow...

and the interpretation of the last dialogue, the way I understood it..

his controvertial dialogue "mere upar ehsaan something something", he meant tht Madhu did a favor to him by acting in his film and uske baad, put the future of the film in doldrums with her decision to continue the pregnancy...may be he didn't want her to repeat tht she did a favor to him bec. by putting him in such a risky situation, the past sacrifices became worthless..

Congo shongo everyone 😆 aj toh meiej mh chotu sa leap dikha diya warna Rm ka ek hi din itna eventful hota hai jitni to Normal logon ke decades nhi hote 😆 really it was nothing short of a wonder but then happened the blunder of rushing the entire RM scene that was such a put off they lack emotional connectivity big time. 😕
Nyways aj Rk ne madhu ko 3 bar bewakoof kaha 😛 😆 .
Dips ne thodi bajayi pabo ki i liked it.

Though overall i liked the epi but it seems that cv's r themselves very perplexed, unsure nd clueless about how to go 4ward wid their so called main Track😆 . They r going haywire wid Rk's characterisation solely coz of the high frequency of mood swings nd moving the storyline with his flow nd according 2 his moods. They don't even touch Mb's character coz they nd up messing it beyond repair coz they have not developed it well.
Did i made sense🤔

Personally Rk rarely disappoints me coz i watch this show solely 4 entertainment purpose nd Rk offers me that nd i nd am willing 2 watch the show until this offer becomes invalid 😳. Btw in the entire leap thing jis hisab se they showed Rk drinking muje to ye track Abhiman se zyada Aashiqui 2 way jata lag rha ha!! 😆

Overall a good episode. But I wish the cvs stop such glaring bloopers. RK told that the movie needs to be released in 13 days but in the scene where RK is getting ready for premier they showed 3 months later. Pathetic editing or coordination i donno what to say. I made a post as well with my confusion.

As someone said I guess they wanted to show it as 3 months later and later changed the script.

The show gets more confusing day after day!!! don't know whom to support, many contradictious things are happening, nothing is clear anymore!!!!

I loved today's episode.VD totally owned and rocked the epi today. I feel RK and Madhu are both right and both wrong. They are individually right and collectively wrong. How is that for a googly.😉

However like any good husband, RK will end up doing what Madhu wants.She will get to keep the baby. He will have to move the movie release date up without any promotions, publicity, photo shoots, interviews or any kind of prep work that is needed. This is his maiden production of RK banner and he will release it without any fanfare. A larger than life superstar who does drama at every given opportunity will release this film quietly, assuming that it will go largely unnoticed by the public. Since he does not think it is RK's film, it does not deserve any treatment. Just release it and start looking for one-room kitchen flat when Mr. Murthy of MEIEJ bank comes to seize RK mansion. His total approach is that of a fatalist. Life threw him a curve and he decides to go belly up without putting up a fight. It is either RK's way or high way. No adjustments, compromises or sacrifices will be done to accommodate anyone else here.

I feel the reason he is deliberately taking this pessimist approach is because when the movie flops he wants to hold Madhu responsible for its aftermath and make her live the life in guilt. She would be made the scapegoat of everything that has gone and ever will go wrong with this venture. His ego is forcing him to not put up a fight this time. Does it make sense to you, what I am saying here?

I wish Madhu had shown some compassion towards RK's plight today. She left him holding this just completed movie to sell without any preparations. She has already checked out mentally and now it is his problem whether to sink or swim. You deal with it, now its baby time for me. I neither know nor am I interested in these details anymore.

Our bull is seeing red by this attitude of hers and attacks her most vulnerable feelings right now. If you think you are doing me favor by completing my movie then I am doing you a favor by letting you keep your pregnancy. That's it. Hisaab barabar. You deal with this baby when tomorrow we end up in financial ruin, I hold no responsibility. You alone will deal with this baby.

Dono majhdhar mein apni apni naiyya liye khade hein rowing separately. Their destination is the same. They are both getting tired rowing by themselves but neither wants to abandon their own boat and go help the other with the rowing.

I guess Bappa needs to create a powerful storm now that will make them both jump in the water, abandon their individual boats and start looking for a new one together. Either swim together or sink individually. I hope it is the previous.
