Hey everyone, I have been away from IF for long due to some reasons...
since now i am free and owing to demands of my lovely devil friends here , i am posting a simple One shot which i wrote time ago but wasn't able to post it...
And since its kriya's comeback day i would like to wish each and every Kriyanshian heartiest congratulations...đ

~Gifting vows of love~
He saw her walking towards mandap in her rich coral and gold wedding attire, she looked like a royal princess, clad in cut diamond jewellery, simple and subtle makeup.She stood beside him, the moment came.. They were tied in holy alliance of being together forever. He imbibed every detail of her being a bride in his heart like something engraved in him, It was always love at first sight for him. Their was an arranged marriage, his parents knew her father since long time and their friendship changed into relationship and here they were standing as a beautiful couple.
He walked in hotel room booked by his parents for this special night, his wedding night.. every type of thoughts floated his mind when he turned the knob.. but watching an empty room made him worried. He checked the balcony making sure his newly wedded wife is not there, coming back inside he heard shower running in washroom, that relaxed him, spreading himself on couch waiting for his better half and he closed his eyelids to waive off exhaustion.He lifted his groggy eyes on hearing some noises and met with glimpse of her back, she have changed into her night camisole and Pj's her wet hairs were dripping on her top trailing down her curls, it made him skip a heartbeat, he smiled at this pleasurable sight and got up to reach her from back, she was folding her wedding trousseau neatly.
He placed a hand on her shoulder softly.. "Kriya!!.." turning to face him, she was void of any expression..
Removing his hand off her she raised her voice.. "Don't touch me Reyaansh Singhania,You are no one to me.."
This baffled him.. "Kriya.. what are you saying, we are married.." he took a step ahead towards her but she backed her self and yelled at him.
"For world we are married, but to me you are no one." she declared breaking hell on him.
"You love somebody?" he questioned her while she packed her things in bag.
Her eyebrows arced and she spatted at him.. "No.. i can't love anybody, and it was my father's will so i got married otherwise I don't believe in institution of tying knot, got it.. Now let me sleep." Kriya climbed the bed and prepared herself for sleep..
A dejected reyaansh sat on couch wondering what just happened,he again probed her... "Then why did you marry me??"
"I said it was for my Dad, and i want divorce as soon as we reach Delhi.." she switched off the table lamp and turned to other side..
Reyaansh stared at her back in dark, was it only the room in darkness or his life too.. He was confused about what to do, all he knew was the girl he loved have demanded him of divorce.. whether he should consider it as wedding gift or a bitter game which destiny played with him.he was in state of shock the way this night turned,not even in the wildest of his dreams he would have thought of this.
Reyaansh recalled the first day his eyes laid upon Kriya; daughter of Man behind Ghai empire..It was his father's dealership company 25th anniversary social gathering, she was there with her elder sister and father.. draped in lilac dress she stood par class from crowd with a serene smile adorning her elegant face.. That was the day when their parents announced his engagement with her.. He was on clouds but little did he knew about his clouds were going to be burst. With all the heavy thoughts sleep consumed him...

They were married for two days and now shifted to reyaansh's Delhi house, He lived their all alone as his parents were in Mumbai and since five years he was handling their family business of dealership in most elite range of automobiles here in Delhi..
He was fixing himself a quick toaster pastry with black coffee when Kriya walked in kitchen...
"Hey good morning kriya!!" reyaansh greeted her with a chirpy smile.
She rolled her eyes in ignorance.."Why are you doing this reyaansh? all this goody goody husband things??" she came straight to point.
He passed her a gentle smile and then handed her a cup of coffee.." Come lets have breakfast..." he settled on dining table and was about to put his toasted pastry in mouth when she came and banged her fist on table top..
"I have asked for divorce if you forgot in this whole play of being a happy couple in front of our parents.. Now will you let me know the reason for this smile on your face..." she pointed at his white pearly..
"As much as you wish to wash my this chirpy mood i would like to state this Kriya, I have already talked to lawyer regarding annulment proceedings..But.." he paused a bit..
"But what..." Kriya was getting impatient..
"But as per law since we are newly married we have to stay together for few months and also have to undergo some counseling sessions,since it is on mutual grounds i don't think there will be any issues, It will be done soon Kriya and yeah i will get you papers tomorrow for signatures." he said what his lawyer briefed him about their divorce procedures..
She was surprised since in matter of two days he worked so much even in the midst of their post wedding rituals he was most of the time surrounded by their friends and family.. " When did you started with this??" was only thing she could say..
He placed her empty mug aside and then placed her plate gesturing her to eat... " The night you asked me to divorce you.." he got up and dumped his dish in sink.. Kriya like a puppy followed him.
"But..." before she could say further reyaansh twirled only to be yanked with her and he placed his finger on her soft lips..
"Shh... you asked me something for first time, so how could i deny it kriya, plus now that we have no other option to live together for rest few months why not spend it being friends rather than sharing an awkward relationship of ignorance..." he refrained his steps back to have her view..
"What are you??"
"Huu...what i am a human kriya and for the time being your husband so, this husband of yours is getting late for his office and my employees must be thinking that their boss is bunking on them..." he winked at her, and she laughed from her heart for the first time since they were together...
"Okay...Go away Mr.Mechanic Boss..."
"What kinda name is this?? Mechanic boss.. you could have come up with something better you know, like handsome boss, Hottie.. or..."
"Yeah right, you are so full of yourself ain't you.." she extended her hand infront of him and he kinked his eyebrow..
"You said we should be trying to be friends atleast, so here i am Kriya Ghai, I am a fashion designer.. and wanting to be friends with you so that next months can go by easily without me wishing to smother you.." she tossed the ball of sarcasm at him now..
"How mean.. Anyways.. this side Reyaansh singhania, Automobile engineer.. running my family dealership business.. for more here is my card, as my number is right here. Call me whenever you want Miss.Ghai, for now i am late.." he handed her his business card and while making exit from front door he yelled..
"There is a car in garage and keys are by fish tank side, If you need anything..."
she heard his fading words and then chuckled.. "He is good, I may have misunderstood him." she resumed for her days activity of getting accustomed with this new house.. and of enrolling her clothing line in upcoming Delhi fashion week..
Kriya had few calls to make and viola her and her friend's name who was partner in clothes designing were on charts for last day of the fashion week...

Reyaansh entered through main gate and smelled an appetizing aroma in hallway...he slipped his laptop bag on table and entered kitchen to meet a dream which he have buried..." what are you doing here??"
"Ohh... I was just making dinner, If you don't mind..." she stirred curry in pan and then checked the oven..
"No.. i don't but, you don't you have to do all this things Kriya.. we are not like anyother..." she raised her head from the microwave...
"I know reyaansh, but least i can do is cook us a decent meal because i am sure i can't live on toasts everytime.." he looked guilty for serving her simple pastry toasts this morning which she did got..
"Sorry it was not meant to be on you... but i was saying that since we are friends now we can share our meals together.. plus I had the reason to celebrate today so.. i cooked us something nice..." she beamed with happiness..
"Ahaan.. reason, what Am i missing, please fill in.." reyaansh took plates to arrange on table.
They were on dinning table settled to have dinner... "Ohh thats nothing just I got myself a small Boutique here in Delhi and from two months on i will be showcasing my line in Delhi fashion week..." she was thrilled with these new developments in her career. And all reyaansh could do was getting flooded with her enthusiasm..
He was still into her twitter and giggles and haven't realized that she was calling him.. "Reyaansh... Reyaansh... speak up... Hello!!!" she shook him but still no response... so she had this impish plan kicked in her brain...
"Ouuuchh.. what the hell?" reyaansh raised his hand to witness the sting which caused him pain.. and noticed Kriya with fork in her hand and a mischievous glint in her eyes...
"You so not have done this.." he was blowing that fork teeth marks on his back of palm...
She rested her face in both the hands and said.. "You bet... I have..."
He literally made a crying face.. "But why??"
"Because You was zoned out in some other fairytale world of yours.. and i was calling you because here lies my hardwork in this awesome china plate which you haven't even touched."
"God.. Kriya.. who does like that..." he took a spoonful of fried rice...
she nonchalantly spoke only to be caught in throat later... "Wives do things like this... Now eat.." as soon as words left her mouth they both were silent.
He softly repeated her.. "Wife.." inaudible for her and again resumed with dinner..
Later at night he knocked her door..
Rey slipped his hands in pocket and then walked in, his lips were curved coyly..."Umm...Kriya!!" he brought her attention from TV to him..
"Yeah... come sit wanna watch something?" she offered him remote control.
"No.. I am fine.." he just stood their wondering how to say it..
She fathomed he have something in mind.." Wanna say something?"
"This is for you..." he forwarded a velvet box infront of her..and closed his eyes scared of her reaction, she took that box from his hand and opened to meet with a glittering diamond studded platinum bracelet.. It shined in her eyes..
"You gotta be insane, Its Tiffany's exclusive Reyaansh and you are giving me.." she felt the texture of that diamond string in amusement..
"Its for you..Mom told me to gift you something during your first cooking in kitchen,Its some sought of tradition..I..I..."
"And you are giving me this.." she was confused here few hours ago they were discussing their divorce deed and now he is gifting her such an exclusive jewel..
"Don't you like it?? i can get you another one If.."
"No... i mean its splendid and I loved it.."
"So Do I love you..." he whispered slowly..
"But.. I can't take it from you..considering.." she tried to put her words in best way.
"Considering our relation, Its okay Kriya.. May be I bought it with other intentions but now since we are friends I can gift my housemate anything I want.. so.."
"reyaansh..." she was trying to say something..
"Ohh.. god you speak too much, i am not listening anything my friend..goodnight.." he left to retire for night.
Kriya was still in daze whether the jewel is in her hand or the person who gifted it to her is real jewel of her life..

"Kriyaaa!!!!" this was their early morning routine of screaming and shouting since fortnight..
"Arghh..let me sleep Rey.. get Lost.." she covered her head with soft pillow to bar his constant ringing voice.
He again banged his fist on door... " Kriya.. Idiot get up, Its 8:30 you have a meeting in a hour..."
"Rey.. go away, i am not getting up from this cozy mattress.. so move your feet off my door.." she yelled and threw tantrum like everyday..
"Fine.. then don't wakeup, I will drop keys with Cherry she will come and feast upon you.." he descend through staircase when she opened her door, rubbing her sleepy eyes she yawned.
"No.. i am up..Cherry will slaughter me right away.."
they both made their way to lounge and then reyaansh asked her.. " Whats the matter Kriya?? why are you so.. like this.. i mean acting weird.."
Kriya was stressed with this boutique set up and the coming up showcase in fashion week, she had limited time in hands and her designs were not yet finalized even her theme wasn't selected... " I think I made a mistake rey..."
"Why??"
"By registering for fashion week.. I don't have final designs with me, neither do i have theme decided and mostly I don't have artisans under me who can assist in stitching and finishing the clothes.."
Rey was fixing his tie while she uttered her problem and then thought for sometime... "Okay.. come here sit.." they both seated near long french window and then he continued..
"What is the theme you can work on??"
She meekly said while sobbing.. "There are two themes for us.. whether it is swimwear which would be ramped in the very first segment of the day or.." she took breathe to add further.. " Or it is wedding theme.."
"So..what is the problem go for anyone you like..." he said just like that..
"Its not that Rey.. opting for first segment will be a waste.. as we are new in this Delhi clientele.. so I can't risk of going first and then till the end nobody will remember about collection plus as per my R&D swimwear are not hit here..So..." she stopped looking at him hoping he would get what she meant..
"Then go for wedding theme kriya...what is the problem in it??'
"You know what it is..." she turned her face witnessing the bright morning outside...
He got exactly what she meant.. it was her lack of believe in marriage... he sighed and held her palms in his..." What is the reason Kriya.. why you don't??"
"My Mother!! Reyaansh.. She made me lose faith in this whole fidelity of marriage..She left my Dad when I was around 15 years and never returned, not even for me and Di rey...I have seen dad mourning her for, but she never showed up.."
He embraced her stroking hands around her spine soothing her and letting her break those dams behind which she was holding up... "Then why did you got married??"
"Because of Dad.. He is dying Rey.. He have cancer, we don't know how much time is left.. I was always this rebellious and outspoken kid, My dad expected me to join him in business but i chose my own paths of designing and Di have to takeover him.. I have always let him down Rey.. So say it a dying man's wish I did it for him.." she cried her heart out...
"Shh... look to me Kriya... look at me..." Rey straightened her and cupping her face he wiped of those tears... "you have to do this, show yourself that you are not vulnerable enough, you are talented Kriya so let the world see how much you have inside... come on, be the Warrior you are.. just like the way you launched at me with... Hey you are no one to me.. blah blah..." he mocked the way she encountered with him on their very memorable wedding night...
Kriya punched him in stomach... "See!!! like this.. a little boxer...just a question you have no trait of this itsy bitsy feminine designer how come you design such a wow collection??"
"Reyaansh Singhania shut up or else you are dead meat..." she warned him.
"Yeah sure... i am ready to be assassinated by you My lady!! " he bowed infront of him...
"Flirty.. solve the next one... how do I get workers??" she pouted.
He raised his collar and then spoke with attitude... "leave it on me.. you will have them by this evening... now go move your butts.. Or else your darling friend Cherry will drop bombs her.." he pushed her to get ready..
"Yeah cherry.. she is such a whiney at times.." kriya groaned
"Look who is talking, who herself is big headache..." he ran after that to save himself.

"Are you coming today Rey?" she asked him in mousy volume.
"Of-course Kri.. Its your first show here, I'm not gonna miss it for anything.." he answered her while looking for his car keys..
"If you have work rey, then don't let it go because of me.. I will manage alone." she was working on last minute detailing of her show stopper dresses..
This made him agitated..She was all like this aloof and melancholy since her dad passed away two weeks ago, they were there when her father lived his last breathes Kriya was inconsolable since then somehow Reyaansh managed to stop her from crying, but he could not control the gloomy mist she have constructed inside her heart... Since then she have this feeling of being all alone..
"Kriya come with me..." he gripped her wrist and made her trail behind him till they reached her room where her father's portrait was hanging there..
"Do you think He will be happy seeing you like this? Do you think you will get through today's show being in this state of in bleak world? God sake dammit Stop being so selfish for once and think of Cherry she too have put in her best in this, think of those models who are rehearsing day and night to get the show perfect for your clothing range, think of those workers who are spending their nights in stitching clothes and assembling every possible rarest of accessory to go with your designs... Woman get out of these gray clouds and face the reality Kriya..." Reyaansh screamed at her making her leak crystals from her eye corner..
"Its killing me Kriya.. watching you like this..I can't see you in this way."he howled his pain.

"What can I do Reyaansh... what can I do... everybody leaves me like i am nobody to them.. First mom and now Dad too.. Does leaving me behind is so easy..why Rey? tell me? Why no body loves me?" she wailed.
He reached to her buckling his legs.. "I won't leave you ever Kriya... and I..." he stopped from confessing his silent love which day and night is increasing for her..
She focused her watery red eyes on his face... " Promise? " Kriya asked him the commitment of being there with her forever, in the moment of her grief she didn't even realized what she asked for..
"I promise Kriya I won't leave you ever.." He cradled her head and pecked softly in her hairs..
Kriya felt like sheltered his arms.. She never felt this secured and warm even in her Dad's and Sisters closeness the way she felt cozy in Reyaansh's embrace..

Everyone backstage was running like it is an asylum and a patient is on escape..
"Woah!! did hurricane hit here or something?" reyaansh entered the fashion show backstage area and remarked that on witnessing the mess all around, he reached where kriya and Cherry were in deep discussion...
"Shut up Rey.. not now..." Kriya asked him to refrain from his silly sarcasm, this indicated him enough that Its a big trouble..
He murmured in Cherry's ear.. "What happened why she is behaving as If a war is going to declare?"
She couldn't control smiling softly.. "Your fire ball is panicky because our male showstopper is not here.. He walked out because the other designer offered him high price and also took the female showstopper with him..Its showbiz you see.." cherry gave him the details of whole fiasco..
"Ohkay... this means I have to tackle another trouble packet.." rey took a deep breathe, straightened his suit and walked towards a feisty Kriya who was bursting her lungs out for no reason on poor makeup artist..
"Kri..listen.." he tried to distract her..
"One second rey..you fix this liner properly and atleast get her ready.." she ordered the artist and cursed the god for making her day worse..
On repeated calls when she didn't paid heed to rey, he grabbed her from waist and took her inside a changing room..
"For once listen to me..."rey kept finger on her lips and she widened her eyes realizing that he just dashed her out infront of her co-workers in a secluded changing room..
"Rey..." she purred..
"Listen I have a friend who have this modeling agency.. so..."
"You just kidnapped me infront of my staff Reyaansh Singhania.." she released those words..
"What..." he was all more puzzled here he wants to help her and she was wondering of them being in a small cubical meant for models.. What!!! it struck him..
"I...I..am sorry kriya.." he made his way out letting her exit..
"Its okay you was trying to help only.." she covered the red hue which was unknowingly there on her face.
"I..was saying.."
"Keep what you was saying with yourself Rey.. we got the perfect model for our range's showstopper.." An excited Cherry popped in..
"Who..??" Rey and Kriya questioned in Unison..
"Its you Reyaansh..." Cherry clapped her hands and then sopke.. " I don't know Kriya whatever you do... Just make him agree to be the one for today's showstopper, he is perfect in every sense." she left with the warning to kriya..
Kriya was gazing him from head toe as if he is a hot piping freshly baked cake and she was ready to pounce on him any moment..
"Noways Kriya.. I am not doing it..I am an Engineer having dealership skills thats it.. No modelling for me. So stop Ogling at me like that." rey ordered her..
She followed his lead.."What's wrong in this Rey.. It will be fun, You have every qualities of being model instead you are better than any dumb case present out here.. please do it.. Do it for me..." she made a cute pouting face to melt him.
he turned back and she crashed in his broad chest.. "What if I ruin it for you.. It is your big day.." he gripped her arms saving her from fall.
"trust me you won't... because I have faith in you...please.." kriya looked deep in his grey-black shining eyes searching for a yes..
After a long pause he sopke.." I have a condition.."
She was as happy as a kid would be on getting his favorite candy... "Okay..tell me.. what it is??"
he smirked like an evil.. " Don't be so pleasant my girl...If I will be the male showstopper, you will be my counter part.. what say deal?" he pinned her hairs behind and then stood a step away from the volcano which was about to burst.
"You are kidding right??" she confirmed..
"No..i am bloody serious Kri.." his lips snarled.
She stomped her foot and was ready to charge at him but cherry was the intruder.."So the Singhania boy is ready??''
"Ohh.. we are still negotiating on terms cherry..why don't you comeover and help your friend out.." reyaansh explained the condition to Cherry and grinned.
"Hey thats a great Idea.. i think nobody else can do this better than you two... so final... Everyone, We got our lead couple Reyaansh Singhania & Kriya.." staff sighed with this news and kicked with preparations...
Rey was made to stand before assistants who were dressing him up and here Kriya was glaring her friend cum co-designer cum her cupid..
"What was that?" she threw daggers at her..
Cherry sipped water and behaved oblivious.. "what..I just saved my show.."
There conversion was short lived as one of the female model from their crew came up to Kriya and cherry.. "Hey.."
"Tracy is everything fine with your ensemble or something wrong tell me i will get it fixed.." a worried kriya mumbled not wanting to have another problem.
"ohh.. no nothing like that.. I am here to ask who is that Reyaansh boy walking today, You know he seems super rich and hunky handsome.. I was wondering If i can get any information on him .." she was drooling over reyaansh and somewhat this was not acceptable to Kriya, she turned her palm into fist ball & was really burning from heart..but Cherry answered for her.
"Sorry to break the bubble Tracy.. Just look at his ring finger dear." cherry gestured towards reyaansh's wedding band which kriya slipped during their marriage ceremony.
Tracy opened her mouth in surprise but instantly got over it.. "So What do i have to do with his marital status, I just want to have some fun..money, you see adultery could be termed perfectly for it.." she wickedly pursed her upper lip and winked at both her designers..
Kriya was boiling in wrath.."You won't do anything like that, If you want place in next fall winter collection line." she gritted her teeth.
Tracy was taken aback with Kriya's meany tone.." Why are you being so defensive?"
"Because the person who made him wore that band is standing right infront of you Ms.Tracy Smith." Kriya showed her the finger which adorns beautiful ring from rey's side..
This tied Tracy's tongue.. "you are married? Reyaansh is your husband?" she traced the solitaire rock on kriya's finger..
"You have any problem with that?" kriya retorted at her..
"Not at all..." she nodded her head and left for her change.
"Arghh..nerve of that dim wit.. i swear next time i will make her wear worst dress of the collection.." kriya took her lehenga and bustier in changing room..
"Someone is smelling like ashes.." Cherry teased and in return got a murderous glare from Kriya..
After some time when everyone was behind stage curtain Kriya came dressed up in heavy bridal outfit, It was a combination of peach-red shade and bronze embroidery..
"How do i look??" nervousness was in her voice..
Cherry was astound with their creation and moreover the way Kriya was carrying this bridal couture.."Kriya darling.. this is tailor made for you..Nobody can do justice to this more than you..." she hugged her..
Sliding away cherry pointed out.. "But something is a miss, what is it??" she was figuring what is wrong with kriya's attire..
"How is it Now?" they heard a husky voice from Kriya's back.. It was reyaansh, He joined them and placed his cold hands on exposed flesh of Kriya's waistline..It sent shivers to her spine and the instant reflex of her body was getting stiffened at his touch.
"Impeccable... you are like made for eachother.." Cherry exclaimed..
This brought rosy tint on kriya's cheek bone and rey grinned..

"I swear I was going to kill you for that rey.. you made me walk ramp?" they were sipping a hot mug of coffee after long tiring day at show..
Rey chortled at her dramatization of whole thing..." Come on Kriya.. we looked good, and that royal blue sherwani was like meant for me.." he was reluctant to give that sherwani back after show because he knew it was her designs and he wanted it to be with him forever.
"Whatever..admit it you are getting effected by all this shines of glamor world.." kriya pulled his leg.
"Ohh..please... I am better being with glamorous models of my mean machines rather than being with those empty heads.."
"Ahh..No explanation will work, you know we were planning to make you face for our men line..And more than men around the sphere females will be interested in buying bags bearing you as model.. deal accepted?" Kriya was in playful mode after long time...
"On second thoughts!! Why not you see.. who doesn't like all this attention and besides that I will be getting those lavish clothes designed by you so I am up for getting surrounded by ladies.." A smug look spread across his angular jawline to annoy her more..
"Flirt.. nothing else goes in your head accept women right?" she was irritated with events of day first Tracy was slobbering over his persona and now here his majesty himself.
He nodded his head in acceptance and she scorned..."Nevertheless If that makes you happy My models were into you as if they were licking chops..you were a hit item.." she was about to get up and leave for kitchen but reyaansh tugged her elbow making her land on his lap..
"Are you jealous of that?" his nose was nuzzling in her hairs..her back rested on flat of his front cage, they fit into eachother as if pieces of jigsaw puzzle.. reyaansh raised his hand and fixed her cascading curls behind her nape, from back he wheezed warm breathes on her skin.. leaning more towards her shoulder blade he felt her lungs heaving with the proximity..
"Say you were jealous Kriya!!!" he purred softly in her ear and snaked his right hand from back circling them around her neckline..
"Re..reyaansh.. I..I.." door bell rang making them sprang up from their makeout position.
Rey let her free from grip and stood up to open the door.. "I will take it, It must be our pizza.." she could give him a timid nod.
"AAA!!!!!" kriya heard his loud cry and came out to view Reyaansh lying with his knees crumbled and he was holding his torso..

"Rey..rey!! come on Fight..please.." she yelped taking him on stretcher.
She was taking out plates for dinner when Rey shouted in pain making her run and what she witnessed made her stop breathe for moment, not wasting time Kriya rushed him to near by hospital emergency...and now she was standing here walking up and down Hospital lobby..
Cherry came running to her.. "What happened Kriya? how is reyaansh?" she placed her hand on kriya's shoulder.
"I don't know Cherry, he was a minute before fine talking to me and next he was lying on floor like life less..Is he going to be okay cherry??" kriya clasped her hands together wishing everything goes fine with reyaansh inside the examination room..
"Hey!! Don't cry, he will be fine..he is just spoofing so that you will get more mad at him..He will be all okay Kri.." Cherry comforted her and embraced her while calming..
"Is that so? " Kriya looked up at her with hundred of hopes in her doe eyes filled with tears, cherry being helpless couldn't do more than giving her an approving motion.
Doctor came out after what seems to be million hours to Kriya..
"Mr. Singhania is having a appendicitis rupture, He might be having troubles since some time..maybe hours even Did you knew about that?" doctor questioned Kriya.
Kriya was clueless about all this, she didn't knew that Rey was in pain and moreover all he did was helping her around while being sick..she felt all more guilty about his condition.."No.. I didn't knew anything about this Doctor..He haven't told me anything." She wiped those tears which made her vision blurry.
"I see.. don't worry we are going to perform appendectomy so his appendix will get treated in no time, But.." doctor halted from saying further more..
the silence was fearing her more.. she trembled.."But!! what doctor? Is there anything?"
"But.. his abdominal scans indicates a small clot, we are not sure about it but your husband could be suffering from cancer If tests comes positive.." he left from there leaving a devastated Kriya mourning..

"Kriya!! have something please." Cherry forwarded a disposable coffee cup but she refused to have anything..
"How can he Cherry? Reyaansh have promised me to be with me always, he promised he won't leave me ever.." kriya mouthed those promises which rey made to her..
"Kri.. He is not leaving you.. Its you who have asked him for divorce long back, remember?" Cherry mustered courage to say what she have from long..
"When you was ready to break this marriage since start Kriya, then why are you worried from him being living or dead?" she spoke what was much needed to be asked from kriya.
Kriya rested her palm on forehead and closing her eyes she replied. "Whatever our relationship was or will be, I always wanted him to be with me as friends Cherry. He has done alot for me how can I not worry about him being alive or dead.." she stated what came in her mind.
"Stop it Kriya!! can't you see that boy loves you unconditionally.. you asked for divorce he arranged for it, you cried about your requirements for creating today's collection he provided you with instant solutions, your father was dying Kriya, Reyaansh did every possible thing a man in love could do for his beloved, he supported you like a friend, guided you like a parent and mostly always loved you like a true lover Kriya... haven't you seen in his eyes, they speak the love for you..." Cherry tried to make her understand that she is making mistake by not letting him in her life..
"But.."
"But what Kriya,whatever your mother did in past you can't punish Reyaansh for that..He don't deserve this, all he did is loving you. He promised you he won't leave you ever.. He promised to divorce you, He promised to walk ramp for you.. all he did is vowed his love for you Kriya.. Don't let this love pass by you dear, because you will regret it.." Cherry was angry on her friend for not acknowledging Reyaansh's silent unconditional love and today she spoke to knock some sense in her head...

Its been an five hours after Rey's surgery Kriya was sitting on chair adjacent to his bed..
"Come back to me Reyaansh, You have promised me..promise me you'll open your eyes and live a long, healthy and amazing life.." she clutched his fingers in her hand and looked at his composed sleeping form.. She was scared as hell since doctor have said about the presence of Cancer cell in his body.
"I have lost Dad to this Cancer, I don't want to lose you..please come back Rey..." she traced his black hairs falling on his forehead and ruffled them remembering time they were sitting late night for completion of her final designs and how he opened up about his desire of always wanting his bride to be dressed in a simple red saree minus all heavy flowing fabrics and large jewels hiding her natural beauty behind them..
"I can't be without you reyaansh..Its to much to imagine, but that is not gonna happen.. you are going to fight for me." she took his palm and kissed the back while crying..
"Open those beautiful grey-black eyes of yours and tease me rey, damn Reyaansh I will wake up early, will do everything you will say but once open your eyes.." she wept hard her head was lowered feeling touch of his hands skin on her cheek when there was a movement in his body..
"You look like a Mess.." he squinted his eyelids and adjusted to the white light of hospital.. she smiled at him through tears..
"I hate you Rey.. you know that?" she giggled and then hugged him instantly..
"I didn't knew if lying in hospital will pay me this good, I would have done it long time back." he joked and kriya flinched her nose button..
They heard door being unlatched so Kriya shifted back to her seat, it was doctor for checkup.
"So you up Mr. singhania, good to see you awake.." he passed a gentle smile to rey and turned towards Kriya.
"He is fine, and about that cancer threat, It was nothing just his appendix burst caused some infection around his intestine otherwise everything will be fine.. he will be on medications for few days and can be discharged in next few hours too..." Kriya sighed in relief.
"And Mr. Singhania, you can be back to your normal life but with prescribed diet.." with this doctor left and Rey made a yucky face on hearing about his diet..

"Heaven's sake!! Kriya Its been a week since i am discharged atleast give me some food which is eatable.This salad is gross,no dressing nothing Arrghhh..." rey created fuss for having his dinner, its been his daily drill.
"Shut up Rey.. eat it and i don't wanna hear a single word now or else you will be facing the consequences." she ordered him.. after that warning he ate dinner silently like an obedient Kid..
She was cleaning up table and rey was lazing in lounge when the they had a visitor Rey opened door, after 10 minutes of quietness kriya pondered of what is wrong with reyaansh.. she came out. "Rey who was it??"
she saw him standing their motionless with a some papers in hand..he felt her presence beside him and turned.. "Its from lawyer.. Now we are officially Divorced Kriya, I have signed the last page of document you also do it and then you are free bird Ms.Ghai."
It hit her badly,they were living their life being around eachother and enjoying it.This one stone have hit them hard now.. "Rey..Rey.. " he didn't let her complete.
"Congratulations Kriya, goodnight." he said those words coldly and hurried away behind his room door.

She was glancing on those set of papers infront of her and on them his Signature, the moment of him being in hospital came as a flash to her, the conversation she had with Cherry kept on roaring in her ears... she dumped her head in hands feeling frustrated...
Lifting that divorce deed in her hand and taking pen she mouthed.. "I know what i have to do..Its now or never.."
reyaansh was looking at their photo which was taken while they posed at her fashion show as bride and groom.. Remembering that he beamed with happiness which washed away with realization of them being separated.."I guess this it kriya." he brushed fingers on her image in photoframe, keeping it aside upside down he switched off lights and slipped into his comforter but his mobile buzzed with a message, he checked it..
"Reyaansh meet me on terrace in 15 minutes..please."- it was a message from kriya.

He reached on terrace and entering it there was a fire lite in corner and except that whole area was just lightened by moonlight.. He looked for Kriya and saw a shadow appearing from gazebo hut..
"Kriya what's all this? what are you doing here?" he was stepping towards her..but she moved away and stood beside that fireplace..
She took out papers from her side and one by one discharged them in fire..
"Kriya.. What are you doing these are our.."
"Divorce papers reyaansh.." she said for him.
He leaned forward to save them from getting ablaze but kriya caught him by wrist..."I was not able to sign them rey.." she looked in his confused orbs..
"Kriya.." he was contemplating what she was actually meant..
"Let me say please..." she kept her palm on his lips which made him observe she was wearing that same bracelet he have gifted her and on noticing more he saw she was draped in soft coral chiffon saree with sequence work on border and the only jewellery on her was that diamond bracelet.
He nodded at her to continue. " Rey..There is this guy that I loved and still love, but I let him go, and now I'm starting to think that may be that is the worst mistake of my life.." she was about to say more..
"But you said you don't love anyone..was that lie?" he was finding it hard to digest, she just nodded her head in no..
"Reyaansh... We've been through so much together. And despite how confused I've been or lost I might have gotten there was always you. Finding me and saving me. You deserve to be adored so that's what I am gonna do, baby I'm going to adore you for years to come. I am so terribly in love with you. And I always will be." she let out her feelings in one breathe...

"Kriya..is it really true?" he was not able to believe what heard..It took him time to register things.. she giggled with tears of happiness trailing down her face..
"You are the one I love Reyaansh Singhania..I was so scared to admit it after what I did to you its to much too much to forgive." she was chocking in throat..
He fondled her cheek while brushing her tears with thumbs.."Well, then its too bad because I do forgive you Kriya!!" he smiled with care in his eyes..
Kriya held his both palms which rested on her face sides.."But you can't I was so bad."
He toyed with her red nose button and whispered softly fluttering at her skin. "I just did. So you're gonna just have to deal with it, I am the guy for you.."
"I love you.." she placed her lips on his and knitted them together caressed them..
"I love you too..." he mouthed them while engaged in a fervent kiss, for satiating the yearning they had..
"Reyaansh I have found stillness and bravery in myself with you..you make me brave. And I will love you until the end of time.This I vow today." she finally disclosed every single emotion of her heart to him..
He raised her chin.."And our love will never waver, This I vow you today and always and forever Kriya." rey enveloped her in tight hug, feeling her every breathe on his skin, her heartbeat throbbing against his chest.. they just felt the intensity of their moment of being together..
She lifted her head from his cage warmth.. "I want to be Mrs.Kriya Reyaansh Singhania.." mumbling her desires she anticipated for his action..
Reyaansh swept her feet of floor and descended with her to their room.. The night became witness to carols of their moans, They became soulmate vowing eachother in pristine form expressing their love..
