It looks like Celina Jaitly has finally taken our advice on 'dressing down' seriously.

The sinister green contact lenses have given way to natural kohl-lined black eyes and her otherwise heavily pancaked face has minimal (well, almost!) make-up.

See C? Aren't you feeling a few pounds lighter and prettier sans all that gunk? We think so!

'Star' attraction

whazatt? Munisha Khatwani
There's a breed of actors we like to call wannabe, and then there's a breed we like to call wanna-shine.

While the wannabes are relatively well known and have at least some level of (B-grade) work to their credit, the wanna-shines are still in the 'I'll do anything... and I mean anything' state for even a beggarly five seconds in the spotlight.

But small-time actress Munisha Khatwani is a breed unto herself. At the recent Sansui TV awards, when Star News show Saas Bahu aur Saazish won the award for the Best Entertainment Show on a TV news channel, the show's producers looked on in stunned shock as the silly gal beat them to the podium and even gave a long speech on behalf of the channel, even though she's got nothing to do with the show!

Sources at Star News tell us that she only hosts a small horoscope segment for the channel, but has been going around town telling all and sundry anything but. After this latest fiasco, we won't be surprised to hear that this ditzy doll's days there are numbered!

Deepal opposite Naseer!

my first lead! Deepal Shaw
will do: Naseeruddin Shah
Item girl Deepal Shaw will play the female lead in Anjum Rizvi's film Wednesday, opposite Naseeruddin Shah!

Last seen in Mahesh Bhatt's Kalyug, she's also sharing screen space with Anupam Kher, Jimmy Sheirgill and Aamir Bashir.

The film has been written and directed by Neeraj Pandey.

Rizvi has previously produced films like Charas and Ahista Ahista.

Set on a particular day, the story unfolds between 2 pm and 5 pm on a Wednesday in Mumbai. The film goes on floors in April.
Bobby, the hacker

While the entire world and its mother is dishing out anti-piracy mantras about curbing illegal movie and music downloads, Bobby Deol is probably yearning for an arrest warrant. In a recent interview, Deol admitted to being a huge fan of music and said his favourite pastime included ripping music off the net!

Now why would you do that, Bobs? For starters, it's illegal. And secondly, we're sure you're making enough moolah to drop into a store and buy as many CDs as you like.

How would you like it if a copy of Shaka Laka Boom Boom released on the internet and people decided they'd rather watch it at home for free rather than pay to watch at the neighbourhood multiplex?
Style bhai

Sanjit Bedi has a knack for coming up with interesting ideas for his look on his shows.

So much so, that he designed his own look for the tapori character he plays in Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman with the help of spot boys on the set!

Says Sanjit, "Along with the show's dress designer, I also took suggestions from the boys on my set. They told me how to tuck in the shirt, keep the collar up and other little nuances."

We're told Smriti 'Tulsi' Irani approved, and was quite impressed with his ensemble.

Make-up buddies

cracking up: Amisha Patel

catching up: Vidya Balan

We're told Amisha Patel and Vidya Balan are bonding big time in Jaipur on the sets of Priyadarshan's new film.

Apart from spending time gossiping and catching up on filmi gupshup, they also spend hours talking about how to get better make-up done.

Amisha says, "We do a lot of girlie talk, and make-up is something that we often discuss.

I'm having a great time shooting with the cast, but two people who I am immensely fond of, are Rajpal Yadav and Paresh Rawal. They just crack me up all the time with their one-liners!"

RAZA'S BOLLYWOOD
