Unhe kehna hai ki..singh family ke sath ira ko bhi sach pata chal jayega... i guess but sanchi daddu aur mahi ko ab tak kuch pata nahi hai...

the truth that Shiv is being adopted will definitely come as a shock to Shiv but it will also have a strong reaction from some others including people at Badi haveli. Ira, Meenu and Alok know this truth but Sanchi, Mahi and Daddu don't. Let's see what reaction one can expect from them.

The wordings are wrong, it says Shiv is being adopted (instead of Shiv was adopted), in promo we have already seen shocked reactions, so we know what to expect...
