Don't think anyone from his family will harm. Probably the land mafia is following Shiv. If Shiv gets injured and in need of blood, then his secret will be out. Everybody will be stunt to know that Shiv's blood group is different from Ira's and Alok's(and the possible combinations).

leaves relax and take a deep breath...let's not make BV completely ekta's shows 😆 ...shiv is in no danger...shiv obviously wants to know the truth and i bet alok and meenu had made the efforts to tear those pages...and of course even the doctor is involved because he was neither invited in hospital celebration and neither mentioned ever...the new villain is for JaGan but some members here feel he may be connected with shiv too
