Who is shiv's real father? and who is his shiv's real mother?

I think Someone else and None of the above sounds and means same..

If it is anup, mahi will be shiv's own brother while sanchi will be cousin sister.
Still sanchi will be the sister.

If it is somebody else, sanchi wont be shiv's sister and anandi and shiv can wash their hands off sanchi and Ira.
