Can DEEPIKA do all GENRES with ease - ROMANCE, COMEDY, DRAMA?!!

😉😆 Today is the Deepika superbowl. 🤣 But, I think we can safely say this forum has succumbed to Deepika fever. Can the woman do all genres with ease? Yes, I think so. She did YJHD (a romance), CE (comedy), and Ram Leela (drama) in the same year. Kudos to her. 👏 Can DEEPIKA do all GENRES with ease - ROMANCE, COMEDY, DRAMA?!! Please share your thoughts. 😲

in her 6 years she managed to surprise me with her acting in cocktail and CE

seriously i loved meenamma in CE

she was good in comedy+ the bokwass dictionary is epic

she was good in cocktail,she managed to do the drama

She putting her efford in acting and she has improved

But She needs to improve her acting skills more

then she will be unbeatable

She still has a long way to go to become that ''versatile actress''

i want to see her in a heroine based move and see how she pulls it off.

She has potential, that's for sure. Now, she needs to do good heroine based movies to show us how much. She has improved a lot, and she works hard. So anything's possible. I remember her acting like a wooden log in OSO, and from there to Cocktail, she has come a long way.

Too early to say that she is doing it with ease...but She is definitely working hard and it shows. She probably was not naturally talented like Ranveer, but she has put in a lot of effort for the art and one should appreciate that,

When OSO first came out, I just thought "Oh, another pretty, tall model." And a lot of movies she did weren't that great. But after Cocktail a lot has changed. She was the best thing in that movie. And comedy is one of the hardest genre's to pull for but she did it really well as Meenama. I dunno if another younger actress could have pulled it off as well as she did. Naina wasn't a hard character to depict but she did well in that too. Now I just need to see Ram-Leela. This girl's definitely put in a lot of effort and it shows too!

Yeah I liked Meena as well! But she blew me off in RL! There's one scene in the 2nd half that I think a lot of the present actors couldn't have done ever with such intensity yet so ver subtle!!!! Ofcourse she has been lucky to have gr8 directors in these 2 movies! In YJHD, there was potential to do so much with her character as well as Kalki & Adi's! But I guess Ayan was obsessed with his hero & gave a short stick to the rest of the cast! Also SRK & Veer let her shine & were happy to stand on their own which worked ver well for her & the movie!
