I am sorry guys but ...

I need to vent...

All my video mixes for this serial have gone down the drain.. Youtube has removed all of them as somebody has apparently asked them to be removed in the name of "copyright infringement".. What the... I can't believe this crap seriously!! There are gazillion of Star Plus dramas and their full-on episodes lurking around on youtube but people could not take clippings out of the serial that I had put together in a video mix?? How terrible !! I can't frickin believe it!! (stomps feet) ..

I would like to know about the Star Plus lurker here who thinks I am infringing on their copyrights? I thought I was making video mixes out of "Fair use". Apparently, there are videos of kyunki saab kabhi bahoo thi and million other karam apnaa apnaa video mixes by other users still lurking over on youtube. So this person obviously had problems with my content.. Care to introduce yourself to me? I was doing more good than harm to the serial by promoting the explosive chemistry shared by Iqbal-Pallavi.. Can't believe they'd do this ...Just can't believe that while movies and episodes per episodes lay there on youtube, I was merely another victim that they'd to go and pick on!!

Perhaps I am wrong.. But don't dare pull my videos out and leave others, the latter of which are a direct copy of the episodes and hence, a direct copyright infringement...

Sorry guys, I am just ... disappointed and shocked!! 😕

P.S the day isnt far away when taking photos out of the videos/episodes will be considered copyright infringment as well.. Even making blends/graphics.. Long live the charter of copyright!!

what the.....i can't believe someone did that...i agree dii this is not fair with you if they deleted your videos they should delete others too....this is total crap😡

What I fail to understand here is the way they did it.. What harm can video mixes based on 6 months old episodes do?? I am not earning any profit from them, neither am I commercially publicizing them.. Just showing my appreciation and love for the lead couple, that's all.. Guess it was too much to ask for!!

P.S So I guess the Star Plus people do lurk around. But they never listen to us when we tell them to not take us for granted.. They don't listen to what we want to see in the show.. But they don't waste a second in bringing the audience down.. the very fans who are the reason behind the great success that they've had in the past and that they continue to have!! Real smooth, folks!

OMG this is really sad, I can't believe this...I will tell u why someone did this, very jealous people of IQbal and Pallavi chemistry, very jealous people and I know who this bunch is, before long all mine will be gone too. There are tons of copyrighted stuff on Youtube and I mean tons why dont they fish those out too, now if they did it to all then youtube wouldn't have a site. I know exactly who these people are, sore losas I tell u! I so sad for u Sana! 😭

U see, it is the "Fair use" of video clips and even youtube has mentioned that it is difficult to establish what constitutes fair use and what doesn't .. Can sway in any direction.. But my point is this: U take away one user's video mixes, take away the entire lot from youtube then.. Do the whole set of cleanup.. and then youtube would cease to exist!! U know how many video mixes are available for the mainstream and most popular tv shows like "Grey's Anatomy", "Desperate Housewives", Clippings from "American Idol", Mixes of "Ugly Betty", etc online?? Because they all actually end up being dedications and free promotion for the serials rather than harming them..

Guess that is the difference why the American media is so famous and everywhere and on the contrary, we stick by a bunch of rules and refuse to see others' point of views...

Oh Good lord, Sana, that is soooooooooo... uggh... I dont even have words...

And deleting the videos without prior warning or anything is even worse... I mean the author / user has to be informed to be able to give a justification and I see loads and loads of videos on actual serials being uploaded on the site.. gosh, that is soooooooo bad!!

Sana, I have a feeling it aint balaji people... its someone else... dont get me wrong.. but youtube is a pretty popular site and many people are aware of the video clips available and Balaji cant be too bothered it seems to me..hmmm... but whoever did inform or call on that violation or infringement act...hasnt actually seen the other vids or particularly targetted and singled out ppl... and that its god damn... so wrong! 😕

Tell me about it... But to correct u here, it aint Balaji camp.. I got no messages in this regard but when u click on one of th videos, u get a message that it was prompted upon request by Star India Pvt Ltd.. So yeah.. That's what it was!!

I don't think it is Balaji camp in particular (I could be wrong there).. But it is definitely someone from Star India Pvt Ltd... Pretty soon, taking Iqbal and Pallavi's name in one sentence will be copyrighted... Mark my words!!
