Orphanage :-
Episode begins with AnSh in orphanage with the warden for adoption . The warden ask them about their requirements for the child whether they want a boy or a girl ? The warden says she has to ask these questions because mostly couples want to adopt a boy or even if some want a girl they want her to be fair in complexion and pretty . Anandi says they only want to adopt a child .All children are same for them The warden ask them which age group child they want a baby or a little grown up ?Anandi replies it will be better if its a baby then it will be easy for the child to get involved with the family The warden says fine and give Shiv some papers to sign. The warden tells AnSh after adopting the child they must keep one thing in mind when the child grows up a little they should tell him they are not his real parents they have adopted him . AnSh are confused . Shiv asks but why? The warden says it will be better for the child to know this from you instead of someone from outside telling him then it will be very painful for the child and will affect his mindset badly that you hid his real identity from him and he is not your blood , you should yourself make the child understand . AnSh understand and agree to this and say they will take care of this .
Jaitser Hospital:-
Sumitra comes running to hospital with Mannu and ask from a nurse for Jagya . Ganga comes running there and takes Mannu from Sumitra concerned for him what happened to him Jagya too comes running there . JaGan take Mannu to ICU . Jagya with the help of Ganga and another nurse starts Mannu's check up while Sumitra sees this through the ICU 's window .Sumitra is emotional and prays to goddess for Mannu. Dadisaa calls Sumitra and Sumitra tells her everything . Dadisaa and Gehna pray for Mannu . After some time Jagya comes outside from ICU . Sumitra asks from him about Mannu . Jagya tells Sumitra Mannu is fine now , nothing to worry about . Sumitra is very much emotional and tells Jagya she was with Mannu all the time , only for some time she went to make tea and what happened in this , she has been cursing herself why she went away from Mannu even for some time . Sumitra emotionally says if anything would have happened to Mannu then she would never been able to show her face to Ganga ever . Jagya consoles Sumitra asking her not to blame herself There is no fault of her in this in fact she saved Mannu's life .If she would not have made Mannu throw out all the phenyl from his mouth and Mannu would have taken it inside then Mannu's life would be in danger Mannu is alive today all because of her Ganga comes to them and emotionally thanks Sumitra for saving her child's life . Ganga tells Sumitra she will never be able to pay her back for this ever . Ganga was about to touch Sumitra's feet Sumitra stops her and emotionally hugs Ganga . Ganga and Sumitra emotionally hug each other while Jagya smiles seeing this .
Kesar Bagh:-
Ira is cutting vegetables sitting on dining table while Alok sitting near her is cleaning his lap top . Ira is irritated and asks Alok in whole house he only found this place for his this work? Alok jokes with her this won't make her precious dining table dirty if it did then he will clean it . Ira is irritated and says to him he never listens to her . Alok stops his work and says to her now you are happy why you start arguing for everything? .Ira says i argue? and what about no one in this house listens to me ? Alok is confused and asks her what happened now ? Ira tells Alok how she is not convinced with AnSh adopting a child .They both are young and healthy and can have their own child One's own blood is own . Alok makes her understand that it should not matter to them whether AnSh adopt a child or have their own child . They both are mature and know well how to make their lives decisions if they want to be parents of an orphan child then they as their parents should respect their decision .Ira is not convinced .
Choti maa is pampering Sanchi and making her eat her favorite pudding but Sanchi is throwing tantrums and shouting she does not want to eat it and want to be alone .Choti maa pacifies Sanchi to eat , she herself has made it and this is her favorite pudding . Choti maa says to her she is angry with everyone but this does not mean she should not pay attention to her health She has to go through counselling sessions too .Anandi would be coming with the psychiatrist anytime . Hearing this Sanchi fumes up in anger and shouts you all did not bother to ask me before calling psychiatrist . Choti maa says what was the need to ask you ? You already knew you have to go through counselling sessions Don't you remember what doctor said . Sanchi shouts i am not mad neither i will go through any counselling This is all Anandi bhabhi's planning to get rid from me She wants to send to me mental asylum by making me mad . Choti maa is shocked
Anandi comes to home with the psychiatrist and introduces the psychiatrist to Ira and Alok she is the best psychiatrist in Udaipur . The psychiatrist hears Sanchi's shouting at choti maa against Anandi don't try to take side of Anandi bhabhi. Choti maa comes downstairs disappointed and tells everyone don't know what has happened to this girl she does not listen to anyone . Anandi introduces the psychiatrist to Choti maa . The psychiatrist says i can understand everything Anandi has told me and i don't think its right time for even me to talk with Sanchi , she is not in this state to listen to anyone I will prescribe some medicines , give them to her which will give her good sleep as she is in need of this. When every night she will sleep well then she will wake up fresh and don't let her know you are giving these medicines to her otherwise she won't take them as patients when coming to know about this start getting more angry and don't take medicines saying they are not mad You will have to keep it a secret from her and don't be angry at Sanchi , don't scold her. She is need of you all 's love , care and attention . She needs your pampering Treat her like a child , pamper her and give her lots of love and care . Alok says Sanchi has made everyone's life miserable with her acts . Psychiatrist says i can understand but at this time she needs her family's love so you will have to give her that Take it like this after one phase of her life this is another phase that started and soon i will start my counselling sessions too . Shekhars agree .Psychiatrist gives them medicines .
Badi Haveli:-
Sumitra is doing preparations for sleeping when Dadisaa comes to her room .Sumitra is surprised to see Dadisaa there and asks her Maasaa you here you could have called me i would have come to you . Dadisaa says its ok In this age its good to have some walk too it gives good exercise . Sumitra asks Dadisaa did she need anything ? Dadisaa says no i came here to say something to you . Dadisaa says to Sumitra blinded in your motherhood you took some very wrong decisions , did many mistakes but i always knew you have a heart of pure gold , slowly you will understand and realize your mistakes and you did . Today whatever you did for Mannu , seeing this respect for you has increased more in my my heart , i am proud of you . Dadisaa blesses Sumitra and leaves from there . Sumitra recalls the time when she used to be so angry at Mannu when Mannu spilled the oil on floor and on Gehna's godhbharai . Sumitra feels guilty remembering her past behavior with Mannu
Kesar Bagh:-
Anandi and Choti maa are talking about Sanchi while Ira is sitting sadly. Choti maa asks Ira what happened Ira replies what Sanchi has done to herself She was living a fine life but now see her condition, with her own mistakes what she has done to herself that today she needs psychiatrist's help. Anandi consoles Ira Sanchi does not have any mental problem , she only needs some direction for her life and since she is not listening to them so they need some one else to make her understand and a psychiatrist is the best to help here .Choti maa agrees with Anandi. Ira tells her worry about Sanchi taking these medicines she has heard these medicines are very strong , if it had any side effects on Sanchi then ? Choti maa consoles her don't worry there won't be any side effects . Ira is worried how they will give medicines to Sanchi keeping it a secret from her if she came to know about this then ? Anandi takes the responsibility of giving medicines to Sanchi and she will be careful that Sanchi does not know about it . Ira agrees
Badi Haveli:-
Sumitra calls to Shyam's mother and apologizes to her for disturbing her at this time . Shyam's mother says no problem she always feel happy in talking to her anytime . Sumitra says she wanted to talk to her about something and she found her the best person to talk Shyam's mother says yes you can talk to me for anything . Sumitra asks her how did she feel while accepting Varun as her grand son Did n't she feel any hesitation while accepting Varun as he is not her son's blood but Sugna's first husband's blood ? Shyam's mother says all children are innocent and God's gifts when Varun was born and the first time i held him and he held my finger , my heart instantly got connected to him right there , when he called me Dadisaa for the first time i felt like my own grand son is calling me this I felt inner joy and happiness I could never see him as he is not our blood but in him i always see my own grandson and loves him same way and he too loves me like i am his grandmother Sumitra feels better hearing this and thanks Shyam's mother she solved her biggest problem .
After the call Mannu and Ganga come to Sumitra . Mannu gives a red rose to Sumitra and calls her Dadisaa . Sumitra is filled with joy hearing Mannu calling her Dadisaa . Sumitra takes flower from Mannu and picks him up . Mannu kisses Sumitra Sumitra kisses him Sumitra hugs and loves Mannu . Ganga is very happy seeing this . Episode ends on Sumitra happily hugging Mannu

Precap :- Shekhars are sitting together , Ira asks from Alok do you remember that nurse who did my delivery of Shiv Don't know where she disappeared then but today i met her in the hospital Her name is Sarla but dont know why she was saying to me i gave birth to a dead child Looks like she has some misunderstanding . Alok and Meenu are shocked hearing it , so are Anandi and Shiv .
