Pari asks Purvi on the phone, Did u meet that man?

Purvi gets tense and looks at Arjun. She says, I didn't have any other option, Pari, I had to meet him for business purposes.

Pari gets angry, Ayi, I still cannot believe u are doing business with that man! That man who had...let it be! I don't even want to talk about this! I will say something, then u will give justifications, we will argue and then we will start fighting. That's it! I have promised Azoba that I wont hurt you anymore. And whatever I said, whatever I did before you left, Im really sorry for that! But Ayi, I have one request, whatever that man tells you, however he behaves with you, please don't be affected! Now we don't have any relationship with that man! So when theres no relation, there can be no question of giving importance to his words. That man separated himself from us, and I don't want any problems between us because of HIM!

Purvi reassures her, Nothing like that will happen, my child, I wont let it happen. And that man's presence in front of me doesn't matter to me!

Arjun looks hurt and grieved to hear their conversation.

Purvi tells Pari, You take care of yourself, I will finalize this deal because its good for our company. And Pari, you are an unbreakable part of my life! I cannot even think of hurting you!

Pari gets happy, Okay Ayi, I love you!

Purvi says I love u too and both hang up.

Purvi asks the driver to stop the car. The driver pulls out to the side of the road. Arjun is startled, asks Purvi why she stopped the car.

Purvi tells him, Arjun, the work we came to do here, is done!

She gets out of the car. Arjun pleads with her, What are u doing, Purvi? I told u I will drop u at home.

Purvi tells him she will go by herself, Arjun still protests that its very late at night, how will she go? She insists she can go alone.

She says, The work for which we went out together is done. Our paths are separate, we shd go on our own paths, that is better for us!

Arjun still pleading, Purvi please listen to me, I will take u home...please try and understand!

Purvi yells at him, Arjun I told you I will go myself!

Arjun gets angry too, Purvi, if youre being so stubborn then tell me why did u come to sign this deal with me? Previously u didn't want to sign the deal then what happened now?

Purvi tells him, Arjun, u know very well that my main reason for coming to Mumbai was to find Soham Dada. And as far as business is concerned, I don't mix my personal and professional life! I don't care who is the owner of the other company we are dealing with! And I don't think it necessary to answer all these questions of yours! I know very well whats good or bad for my company!

Purvi turns and walks away, leaving Arjun standing by the side of the road with a sad expression.

Purvi walks a bit, gets into a taxi and goes off, leaning on the window and closing her eyes in silent sorrow.

AK Telecom Office, Naren's cabin

Arjun is pacing around, talking on his phone, Yes Mr. Bajaj, that is exactly what I was saying, we're going to complete this...

Naren shushes Arjun, urgently peering into his laptop.

Arjun tells Mr Bajaj that he will finish this and call him back.

Arjun sits down on a chair and tells Naren he was talking to Mr Bajaj from Pune as he wants to do a meeting with them because there are some changes at the site. And hes insisting that Naren does the presentation because hes handling the project.

Arjun says, I know this is very last minute and the presentation material is also ready, I have told Ankita she will help you! You'll be all sorted for the meeting!

Naren doesn't seem to be paying attention and is doing something on his laptop.

Arjun asks him, Naren, are u listening to me? You have to be there!

Naren suddenly says, Puna, I like Puna! Pleasant city! Not like Mumbai!

Arjun says, I know you like it, we like it too! That's why we are doing this project in Pune!

The office peon brings in a glass for Naren and says, Sir, here is ur hot water! You had asked for it ?

Arjun looks surprised. Naren takes the glass of hot water and drinks it. Arjun asks him, why are u drinking hot water in this hot weather?

Naren doesn't listen and drinks half of the hot water, then tells Arjun that hot water is good for health. Helps in digestion, opens up the throat, one can sing good too...you sing, right?

Arjuns says, Sometimes! But not as good as you!

Naren says, I used to sing. In college, I was the lead singer! Then perhaps I reduced drinking hot water, then stopped having it!

Arjun thinks aloud, Naren this is your problem! Those people insist that u must do the presentation and here you are...I have to talk to Rushali jee...

Arjun gets up and leaves, Naren drinks the rest of the hot water.

Arjun is telling Rushali that hes really worried, he doesn't know how to send Naren to the business meetings and teleconferences in this condition... Its unbelievable! I know, I understand hes a genius but we have to accept the fact that hes not alright as of now and how will we hide this from everyone, I really don't understand!

Rushali tells him, Wherever I go with Naren, people ask questions! Before I used to avoid those questions but now its getting difficyult to avoid! And you know tomorrow is a big day, its Diwali and Naren's birthday so we can defer this for now but later when such cases come, how will we hide the truth then? You know Arjun, the girl who made Naren this way, I haven't even seen her face yet! Just heard her name a thousand times! Ahana! If only I could find that girl somehow, then I would ask her, do you know what you have done to my son?

Arjun says, But Rushali ji, whats the problem in this? Social media has made this world so small, its not that difficult to find someone!

Rushali smiles mockingly, What do u think, Arjun? I didn't try? I spent months on the internet, searched like crazy, showed thousands of photos to Naren, he didn't react to any of those faces!

Arjun asks, What could have happened between the two that Naren is in this condition?

Rushali says, I don't know...isn't there any solution to this problem? Any doctor, any medication, any person? Who can make Naren as he was before? If only there was something...

Next scene: Ankita at the office

She takes out her tiffin box and looks at the food, there are chapatis and lauki ki sabzi. She remembers Naren Sir asking what kind of vegetable are u making and she replied Lauki ... and he told her he liked lauki and one should have lauki at least twice a week!

Ankita thinks aloud, I brought this lauki ki sabzi for Sir, but hes such a rich man, why will he eat the sabzi made at our home?

She berates herself for thinking of such ideas which may put her job at risk! Crazy!

She puts away the tiffin and smiles.

Her desk phone rings, its Naren asking for the file of Seventh Heaven Developers. She tells him shes bringing it right away.

She takes it to Naren's office where hes having lunch all spread out on the desk before him. He asks Ankita to read the last page of the file.

She reads a few words when he gets up and says, Change! We have to change this!

Ankita tells him, I will make all the changes, u have ur food Sir, I wil do the changes necessary.

Naren says, even food needs to be changed, salt is more or...

He thinks of something, then goes to Ankita asking her if she remembers? Ankita says "Yes" automatically.

He asks her what does she remember? Ankita hesitates, he asks if u don't remember, why did u say yes?

He comes towards her eagerly, Lauki... lauki! Remember we talked abt lauki on the phone?

Ankita smiles and says, Yes Sir!

He asks if she brought lauki for him? Ankita smiles and says Yes!

He tells her to bring it right away. She grins and tries to go but Naren stops her and calls the peon and tells him to bring the tiffin box from Ankita's table and asks him not to warm it.

Peon brings in Ankita's tiffin box. Naren asks him if he wants to eat, Peon says No Sir! Naren tells him he wont get lauki...but he can have the other food, Peon refuses again.

Peon leaves, Naren starts eating Ankita's tiffin while she reads out from the file. He tells her to change, she gets nervous and asks him if theres a problem with the food, if theres more salt or less salt...he just says not 20% but 25% ...20% will be a straight loss! I don't like losses!

Naren relishes the lauki sabzi made by Ankita, licks his fingers and says Nice! Its very good, perfect spices, youre a brilliant cook! Very nice! Make the file ready by evening! Leave the dabba here, I will have it again with tea!

Ankita asks him how will he have sabzi with tea?

He says I know its unique! But I like it this way! Why are u standing there wasting time? Its lunchtime, go and have ur lunch! Here take this!

He hands over his own lunch tray to Ankita, telling her, Time is money, money is time! Go quickly, go take this to ur desk and finish the lunch.

Shes leaving, he calls her back again and tells her to make more sabzi for him next time!

She smiles and leaves, mumbling, Tea with sabzi! Hes so strange!

Next scene : A construction site

Two guys are waiting by a white car, another white car pulls up near them and Raunak steps out. He tells the other guys that hes sorry hes meeting them in such a place but the matter was such that he had to call them here.

The other guys get impatient and tell him to get down to business.

Raunak tells them, You are waiting for Naren Karmarkar's presentation, right? You want to know if my brother is really mad or not? Yes, he is! His mental condition is not right. After months, today he will attend a meeting and Im sure he wil show his true colors!

The other guy says, till today we heard these rumors from outsiders but didn't believe them! But now his own brother is saying this then...seems there will be more drama and less work at the meeting!

Raunak thanks the guys, shakes their hands and leaves.

Raunak stops and says, Mr Arjun Kirloskar! You had fired me from the company, right? Now I will throw out your favorite Naren from the business!

Next scene: Purvi at her friend's house

Her friend Sheetal is saying, Im so sorry, Purvi I didn't know all this! In fact I cannot believe that u and Arjun separated! I mean u two loved each other so much!

Purvi sadly says, This is the bitter truth of my life!

Sheetal consoles her, Im so sorry Purvi, I shd not have asked u all this...

Purvi says, Arey no, please don't say sorry , this is not ur fault. For the last 20 yrs, I have been living with my past, but now I have moved ahead in my life! And I don't even want to think abt my past. Anyway I came here not to meet Arjun but to find Soham Dada. But I don't understand how can I look for him, how can I find him?

She turns to her friend suddenly and says, Sheetal! We can do something! Lets go and look in the same place where you had seen Soham Dada. Who knows, maybe someone can tell us something abt him or maybe Dada lives somewhere close to that spot.

Sheetal agrees, Yes, it's a great idea, lets go!

They leave, they take a taxi to that same place where Sheetal had seen Soham.

Purvi says she has been to this place before but she cannot remember ...then she suddenly remembers she and Arjun had come to Ankita's house nearby.

Purvi exclaims, Sheetal, Ankita also lives here! Is it possible? Soham Dada and Ankita live in the same area...let us go and ask around if people here know abt him!

Sheetal says it's a great idea, she asks the taxi driver to wait for them and the 2 ladies go around the area showing Soham's photo to random people and asking if they knew him!

After some time, Purvi looks stressed out, Sheetal tells her not to get upset and shes sure Soham Dada will be found soon, only thing is, she will have to stay back in India for a few more days!

Purvi agrees silently.

AK telecom office

Ankita is telling Arjun, Sir, its not even one month since I joined here and u gave me Diwali Bonus, thank you so much!

Arjun smiles while looking at a file, he tells her, Ankita, my employees are like my family! Their efficiency matters more to me than their work period. Did u study the presentation that I asked you to do?

Ankita says yes sir! Arjun tells her to accompany Naren to the presentation.

Ankita is surprised, Sir.. I.. ? Arjun tells her to go as Naren might need something at the last moment. As she had studied the presentation she can help him!

Ankita is delighted, she says she wil definitely come!

Arjun tells her to take the file to Naren's cabin.

Naren's cabin

Hes looking at his mobile and talking to himself abt the software theyre trying to develop which is very user friendly and person of any age can use it. We have to keep it simple, not complicate it, and the icon should be a circle like the Circle of life, the earth is also round, confusing right? Enough talk of work, I shd drink some water now.

Ankita has come in and listening to Naren with an amused look. Naren drinks water and tells Ankita to meet his best buddy. Its his bamboo plant on the desk! He tells her to say Hi to the plant.

Ankita says Hi to the plant and tells him Arjun Sir sent that file for the presentation.

Naren doesn't look at the file and plays around with his bamboo plant. Hes saying, presentation is very important. Plant presentation! He asks how the plant's haircut is looking...

Ankita looks alarmed as Naren goes on trimming the plant and talking to it, then he asks her how does it look? She says its fine! He thanks her.

Next scene : Conference Room

Naren walks in, doing something on his mobile.

Arjun, Rushali and Ankita are already there. Rushali calls his name twice, he doesn't pay attention, still lost in his mobile. The other company's owner who has already met Raunak before, looks at Naren oddly.

Naren walks upto Ankita and almost bumps into her, they have a little dodging each other then he tells her to sit and goes to his chair, still playing on his mobile.

Rushali asks him gently, Shall we start the presentation?

Naren says Yes! He greets the other company's owners, introduces himself and says he will take them through the presentation, he talks quite normally.

He says he will show the growth chart of their company to show how much their clients trust them. He steps up to the white screen and asks the projector to start rolling.

Lights turn off and bright white light hits the screen and his eyes. Naren is blinded for a moment, he hears the screech of car tires and says, Hey! Stop the car!

Rushali gets nervous at his change in behavior and gets up, Arjun too!

Naren is saying, Stop the car, Ahana is in the middle, please stop the car! He yells repeatedly to stop the car, then he turns and runs out of the conference room!

Ankita calls out Sir! Sir! And rushes after him. Naren goes to his cabin and breaks down, hes crying and saying, Ahana, I told u not to walk in the middle of the road, but u didn't listen to me! Ahana, I lost you, I lost you, yaar!

Naren collapses on the floor and crying, blabbering incoherently, The car was comng so fast, I yelled so much to stop the car ...don't walk in the middle of the road but u didn't listen at all...

Ankita comes near him and calls out Sir! He says he doesn't want to meet anyone! Rushali has followed Ankita and watching her handle Naren.

Ankita touches Naren's shoulder, he looks up at her and sees only her eyes in the semi darkness of his cabin. He gets up, staring at her, and says, Ahana, I don't believe this! Nothing happened to you? I felt like I had lost you!

He hugs Ankita and says, Oh God, Ahana! I felt I would never see u again! That car was coming so fast...and you know what! I was so scared!

Ankita is alarmed, Rushali watches them! Naren collapses on the floor again, talking abt the car and Ahana.

Ankita goes up to Rushali and says, ma'am Sir? Rushali says, hes okay now! Take him to the meeting!

Ankita says, But Ma'am, hes...

Rushali says, its nothing! Only stress! Too much travel, tension of too many meetings and conferences, his jet lag doesn't go away before that hes back to work! He got a bit confused, its nothing serious! Hes okay now! Go take him to the meeting.

Ankita is still doubtful but Rushali forcefully tells her to convince Naren to go to the meeting.

Ankita goes to Naren and kneels down beside him, he asks her if she will always be with him and she wont leave him?

She shakes her head and tells him abt the meeting and clients are waiting for him!

He says hes fine now and asks if she will be there with him? She says yes, I will be with you!

He says if shes with him, he will do anything!

Rushali looks stunned!
