looks like both anandi and shiv want their own kids too. Shiv did ask anandi will she not want to become a mother by giving birth to her own child. He is convinced more because anandi too wants their own children. He would be unhappy if anandi said no to their own kids..

i feel certainly AnSh first child should be of their own

After seeing the promo about some secret in Shiv's past, my guess is that the baby/child will be Shiv's from some past affair. Anandi will find out about it somehow and will manage to convince everyone for the adoption. Then they will drag the story until the big revelation about the true identity of the child is made.
