pls arrange advertisements properly for better look of web page

Hello all,

i find it quite irriatating to use IF on my laptop becos of the advertisements

like i wanna show u some examples here how the page looks bad


Example one :

i need my posts to visible in this way






But after few seconds it looks like this






It causes irritation




Example 2:


i want thread to look like this in normal size





but becos of the ads u can see it changes in the following way




Pls redesign them or arrange ads so that it doesnt disturb IF users
