Actor Ranveer Singh remembers the good ol' days spent in Lucknow while shooting for a film

Actor Ranveer Singh couldn't but help reminisce about his days spent in Lucknow while shooting for his film Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, when he visited the city to promote his latest Ram Leela.

"Man, was it hot! I remember the temperature would be nearly 45 degrees and at times it was impossible to shoot. I suffered a heat stroke and rashes while shooting but then it was one memorable shoot. There would be huge crowds of nearly two thousand people everyday and sometimes it would be difficult to shoot with all of them screaming my name. But it was a real morale booster to see all that love coming my way. Specially since I was fairly new at that time. It would be distracting but pleasantly distracting. I would talk with them, joke around, sign autographs and best was clicking pictures with people. They were so endearing," said Ranveer.

Shooting for his next Kill Bill, Ranveer said he was looking forward to his next trip to Lucknow. "I will definitely come back to Lucknow again, soon. If possible I'll be coming with my friends Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti and Ali Zafar. Also Irrfan, how can I forget him. I'll try my best to make them visit Lucknow and gorge on the delicious kababs that are made here. You guys are lucky you can have them anytime you want. Last time when I was here the kababshad become my staple diet. This time too I'm taking a whole lot of them back for home and my friend Aditya Chopra," said Ranveer.

Reacting to the comment on him being linked to all his heroines, save Sonakshi Sinha, Ranveer said, "Haan pata nahi Sonakshi kyun nahi link kiya mujhse? But as far as Anushka Sharma and Deepika are concerned, yes I love them. I love Sonakshi also. Main toh sabse pyaar karta hoon.But these two are special people."

Talking about his latest film, Ranveer said, "My first film was a hit, second raked in the moolah, the third, Lootera got me critical acclaim, but Ram-Leela I'm sure will get me all three. I couldn't have asked for a better director than Sanjay Leela Bhansali
