S hveta Salve who plays the psychiatrist Dr Ritu Mishra in Left Right Left (SAB), will soon make an exit from the show. Despite his second thoughts, Rajeev Khandelwal, will stay on. It seems the shooting for the next season will begin on March 18, after a two week break. Salve, whose character was ini- tially a faculty member at the Kan- chanjunga Military Academy (a la Sushmita Sen in Main Hoon Na) has been exposed as a spy in dis- guise. Initial episodes also suggested that a relationship could blossom between Khandelwal and Salve. Khandelwal plays the conscien- tious officer Rajveer Singh. But with Salve's identity revealed, the storyline will show her being bumped off soon. Producers Tony and Deeya Singh are currently scouting for another actress to fill the slot. Apart from cadets, two new kids will enter the Academy in the sec- ond season. As for the silent romance between cadet Naina Singh (Priyanka Bassi) and Rajveer Singh, the producers have chosen to leave it open to speculation. The other actors who continue to be a part of the show are Vikas Manaktla, Harshad Chopra, Ghazal Rai, Kunal Kapoor and Arjun Bijlani. They play the cadets in the Academy. Aparna Tilak is seen as a doctor. The second season will return shortly after the cricket World Cup series.
