I felt every scene today was related to Jodha as she was the cause of it directly or indirectly. She is in the forefront of everything that is happening in Agra whether she likes it or not. The reason for this is ofcourse Jalal, who is been giving this lady special treatment the moment he laid eyes on her. She is the only one who has dared to demand things from Jalal and has been granted all of those wishes. No wonder losers like Adham, Kaminuddin, MA and Ruqu are getting more and more aware of the growing importance of Jodha. I do feel bad for Jodha because she has too many enemies and she has no experience in dealing with such vultures. Right now Jalal does not trust her completely and their relationship is still fragile. Till the bond does not get stronger, she will have to face all the difficulties alone or sometimes with Hamida's help.
Ruqu is mad that Jalal is hiding things from her and that her right to spend the night with him was taken away by someone else. She is not one bit worried about Jodha as she feels does not have the power to put her out of her place. If only Ruqu knew that Jodha was not after power at all. But, Jodha has the power to attract Jalal and get all of his attention. The bottom line is that Ruqu's main concern is that Jalal has started to pay more attention to Jodha. She was khaas because of Jalal's attention, but if that goes away she loses that position as well. I wish Jalal consoled Ruqu by telling her that Jodha is not the kind who would go after power. Instead he seems to create more mystery around his relationship with Jodha. If all he wants Ruqu is to admit that she is jealous, then his ways are only going to cause more troubles for Jodha. One day Jodha might have similar feelings of jealousy when she is completely in love with Jalal. A big advise to your Jalal, you do not want to encourage jealousy among your begums.
Jodha and Moti scenes are getting cuter, thanks to Moti for all the leg pulling. How sad for us, Akdha talked the entire night and we got only a glimpse of their conversation. Jodha you could have alteast recollected some of it so that we got to witness some more of your talk. Moti you should have not let Jodha get you out of the talk, should have insisted on asking Jodha what caused her hair to tangle. Jodha was so far hiding behind the ghrina to hide her feelings for Jalal. Now she is going to use the bhalai as the reason. You see 'Ache aadmi ke saath aur bhi ache se pesh hona padtha hai' - rolled my eyes just like Moti. The scene where Jalal admires Jodha from the jharoka was so beautiful and poetic. His smile said something funny happened yesterday night. How would we know, we don't get Jalal recollecting anything about the "night out with Jodha", arrghhh! The moment he is done with Atgah khan, he rushes out to see her. Jodha was looking enchanting with her hair flying away, no wonder Jalal had to dismiss Atgah Khan quickly. His favorite hobby of teasing Jodha is back, reminds Rahim that he should take favors from Jodha on teaching shah nama verse. Jodha on the other hand just uses her eyes to warn Shenshah. Jodha is almost ready to wear the payal by Jalal, I was very surprised. She is trusting Jalal a lot more and it not minding the small intimacy with him. Oh well, you see bhale ke saath bhala. I wonder if Jalal hugs or kisses her, will she return the favor using the same logic. She somehow catches Moti's back laughing and tells Shenshah that he cannot touch her feet. I always wondered about the payal that Jalal picked during ghanghor. As he had burnt her portrait, I was wondering if he threw the payal away also. I won't be surprised if he has the hair strands of Jodha after the suicide somewhere safe. Anytime Jodha feels like seeing Jalal, she is going to use that as an excuse to get her paayal back. Moti, please dont forget to tease Jodha when she does this.
I like the fact that Jodha is like an open book, very transparent. It can get her in trouble for sure, but people who are brave do not worry about such things. Kaminuddin can plot and create problems for Jodha. In the end though, people who possess pure transparent soul/heart always win. Something like 'aant mein sacchaai ki jeet hoti hai'. She warns of Kaminuddin about his plot to defame Sheshah with Adham as his ally. She is basically trying to tell Sharifuddin that the only reason he is being tolerated is because of BB. The day when Jodha finds out about the atyachar he is doing on BB, wonder who will save her from Jodha. Kaminuddin is ofcourse scared and will be more careful in confronting Jodha. The geedad that he is, can only do things secretively. Now that Jodha knows the truth and he knows that Jalal favors Jodha, he is going to be more careful in addressing her. If she had not put him down today, he would have kept ogling her with cheapo desires.
Finally the Atgah khan did some job correctly. He warns Jalal about the growing influence of maulvis in revolting the people. Jalal takes full action and cleverly gets the maulvis to suggest the punishment for 'bagavat failane wale'. I was glad to see this in command Jalal as compared to the one we saw yesterday. He more than got back to these maulvis who were using religion to dethrone Jalal. Poor Kaminudding, pehale Jodha ne tamcha mara aur ab Jalal ne. But the geedad will keep trying till he gets killed by the lion. Jodha on the other hand was busy admiring her husband. Her chest was puffed up with the pride of being the wife of a shatir Jalal.
Precap: Ruqu gets to see the outspoken transparent Jodha! I am sure she must be thinking about MA's warning on why this lady is special. She has no fear of anyone and speaks clearly about what's in her heart and mind.
My predictions for tomorrow:
I had predicted that Ruqu will pay a visit to Jodha, that happened in the precap. I feel Hamida might ask Jodha to find out as much about Jalal so that she can help Jiji Anga write Jalal-nama. Or, my other guess was to share the room with Jalal. I will NOT believe the pregnancy drama spoiler till I see it.
