Maybe it's deliberate..to show her as an unglamourous, homely type of uninteresting woman. So that, when Ips arrives on the scene...which she surely will, Shiv will salivate over her as she'll probably be very sophisticated and attractive compared to Gauri....any excuse for shiv to pursue Ips!

yeah, I agree, they are purposely making gauri luk homely...it will be more the reason for shiv to be attracted to ips again, and for the affair to occur...

Yep, that cant be ruled out.... Gauri has to be shown very homely... for Ipshi to seem as a contrasting , seductive beauty!!!!!

But I am glad that Shiv has smartened up and thank god for that!!! I liked the whole papa act and a strict one at that!!!! Quite typical to a lot of families I guess....

As for Gauri, well they made her seem homely and quite content with her kids and life... and someone , cutout from the outside world.... you those... "apni duniya mein khush types?" She wasnt from a elite background anyway , so there was no point portraying her that way... may be a new attempt from the kreatives... pata nahin...😊
