Price of Sandhya's jewellery

As a person who has taken the exam I know how important the frame of mind on that day matters. When your entire family is blessing you, wishing you and praying for you the mental strength you get is something different. The way Sandhya went for the exam reminded me of the day I wrote Kerala state Entrance. My dad taking me to the nearby Ganesha Temple, Vishnu Temple and Parvathi Temple. My mom making sure my breakfast is ready. My aunts, uncles calling and wishing me. Then my youngest uncle taking me to the exam venue. I still remember the " Go get it "sign he gave me when he dropped me at the exam venue. Yes that positive frame of mind did help me a lot.

I would say CVs did a very nice job sending Sandhya for the UPSC exam. She didnt go with any drama, but from a very positive environment.

I like when Bhabhasa and all others wish her together

So when she gave away those jewellery which is costly in terms of money which can at be replaced at any point of time she got the pen the value of which cannot be determined. You cannot replace that pen. Not the costliest pen in the world can be equal to the pen that Arvind Kothari left behind.

See the current pact for Bhabo is if you are a good DIL, I will remain a good MIL . Highlighting MIL because MIL always expect more from the DIL and slightest fault can result in her displeasure. For Bhabo to change completely she has to treat Sandhya her daughter , for which there is a long way to go. For that to happen Chavi's marriage has to be in ruins which is a long long way.

But somehow this love of babho doesn't seem to be genuine. This sudden love and concern oozing from every pore of her seems so, so fake. babho know that sandy will have tough times ahead. And has no sympathy or consideration. She has not changed at all.

As niruba ji says, sandy has always been a good dil, but babho will be good mil if and when it suits her.

As u said, sandy going to exam with a peaceful mind will let her focus and do her exams better. That is one good thing.

Bhabo's stand is now you have achieved what your father wanted. You became IPS, but I dont care what is your duty as IPS, I only care that you are my bahu. If you cant do bahu duties with IPS leave IPS. As Anushaji said Sooraj will be forced to relive her of the bahu duties after seeing her going through hardships and trying to leave IPS for which she has struggled so long.

@niruba ignore what is coming from Bhabo and for once just look that Sandhya is having some peace. No matkas and 15 day test. Some peace of mind which that girl requires to look at her husband.
