Ankita loses Happy New Year?

Yes, we were equally surprised when we heard this. It was not Deepika Padukone but Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend, TV actress Ankita Lokhande, who was director Farah Khan's original choice for Happy New Year opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Simply because the lead actress in the film is a Maharashtrian girl and Ankita being a Maharashtrian fit the bill perfectly. The TV actress apparently lost out on her dream debut because of her short temper and rude behaviour. According to sources close to the project, when Farah heard about Ankita's high-handed ways, she decided against casting her. Ouch.

Chance pe dance maar liya filmfare ne.

Ankita is hot headed news was already doing the rounds and now they bring this.

I am sure a newbie will not react like this especially when she wants to make it big in bolly. They have to put up the "I am nice" mask.

She can throw nakhras in telly wonly.😆

Blah! Ankita lost HNY to DP ' coz the latter had 2 mega BB! Farah is a smart business woman after all😉

Not at all- they are very much together. In fact they are shifting into their new house tomorrow (30th october). And going by Anki's last FB update, they seem very happy.😃

So long time after Deepika was finalized for HNY, Filmfare decides to talk about Ankita's supposed rude behavior. I have never seen any proof that she is in fact rude, arrogant, short tempered etc. All I have seen is bunch of BS reported by the media based on their "sources". She works with a lot of senior actors on Pavitra Rishta and they all seem really fond of her. She works for Ekta Kapoor who doesn't seem like a person who will tolerate tantrums by actors who work for her. 😆 Sushant is right about Ankita. She's very honest, blunt and straightforward. She likes to tell it like it is which doesn't sit well with some people who end up calling her rude. 😡
