A virtual reality or a wanderers' congregation !!
A shocker is in store for all of us! as Indicated by one of us ! Or is it a warning ?
Heart wails with pain...oh ...no ...not again !
A few years back underwent all this pain of separation a number of times ... Now severing the existing bonds...no..no ..not at all easy !
From P school to H school... we all had strong bonding at that tender age - exchanged peacock feathers ...and stickers as a gift! tears in the eyes...hugs and hands around the shoulders...looking back again and again...departed that day !---with memories to cherish throughout the life !
School to college...sharing teenage budding feelings...torn between existing bonds and aspirations for the future!! touching the chin with fingertips...looking deep in to the eyes...assurances to continue the friendship till the end...a gift in the form of a pen or an autograph with fond messages...separated that day !
College to university...a world apart...a longer lasting friendships...sweet and sour thoughts...naive and immature and sometimes violent reactions on any aspect under the sky...but with an undercurrent sense of belonging !! moved on to scale new heights in life ...gifted some books and exchanged some quotes and again ---moved away from one phase to another with futuristic attitude!!
Then the big leap...marriage...separated from roots... withstood the testing times of life went thro' the transformations...trying to grow the saplings...new vistas new bonding, more entwined with the beautiful new breed in the garden...but that wet patch while separating from the roots will never dry !!
Again today ??!!---every morning as if like a gardener visiting his floral farm...searching for new flowers... in anticipation of new post.. lingering existing topics ...like fragrances... new thoughts...detailed discussions ----a budding relation here and there--- a strong bonding ...there ...there ... where there is no looking back...---
Discussions with intense feelings...immense love for particular characters ...sharing new thoughts...changing the opinions often...convinced by detailed appraisals...---
A Hai! from a farther continent...a Hello from the neighbourhood...sharing personal events...sharpening thought processes...everybody wants to say something ...want to give suggestions...attached to some characters...whole hearted support for that character/actor ...wide apart but at the same time inter-connected views/associations...----what not? every thing ! From the tip of the iceberg to the bottom of the volcano !
Occasional sibling- like rivalries...sharing information...caring gestures towards a person in need by way of advice...a noble soul's educative ...thought provoking knowledge based...posts ! Amazing ...highly meaningful pen names...entirely new world...enthralling feeling !!
May be ending up searching for someone you like in a group ..at an airport or in a train or in a farther land...as if searching for a long lost friend...throughout our lives ! Quest ---an arduous search continues...may be throughout our lives...!!
