everything was settled out of court due to that in the court recess and when court resumes case was withdrawn
coz if Payal had testified in court and if Ganga had given recording to Kabra Saanchi would have gone to jail
now she is getting off with just a reprimand and a fine and court does not know she lies
Shiv was a fantastic big brother , he saved his sister's butt the moment he whiffed something was amiss and it was gonna bombard on his baby sister
so he hurriedly brought Payal out of court
and thus Ganga also revealed recording there , she should have given it to Kabra
Saanchi got off without a jailing , without a slap , very very easily
she HARASSED Jagdish
a busy doctor like him couldn't practice for so many days and spent jail time
and she got nothing
Payal on witness stand would have been lethal for her and that was what rightfully should have happened...even the recording should have been submitted to the judge .
