Correct me if I am wrong, but weren't there ITA Awards in May of this year?
How can the same award happen twice in the same year?

Same name (one is a short-form) and by different channels doesn't make it a different award..

There should be only 1 Indian Television Award... That would determine whose the best in each of the categories. You don't see an Emmy award ceremony by NBC and another Emmi by FOX. It's just one award ceremony!
