Hello everyone!

I missed a couple of episodes and the next thing I see is there's a young Ankita and completely different characters. What the heck is happening? Last I knew Purvi was pregnant with her second kid. Where has all the characters gone? :-/ Can someone please help me out here?

There has been a leap of 20years. I will try and explain as much as I can, i am using my phone and its not easy to type.

- Before the leap there was misunderstanding between Purvi and Arjun. Ovi gives birth to a daughter called Pia who is also Arjuns daughter. Purvi thinks that Arjun betrayed her and leaves him.
- after the leap it is shown that Archana, Manav, their mothers, teju, purvi, pari and sachin (with his wife and kids) live in canada.
- purvi thinks that arjun is still with ovi but does not know that arjun lives alone and not with ovi.
- ovin and pia have not been shown yet.
- ankita is sohams daughter who is looking after her siblings as soham id always drunk and hates his children.
- ankita and the 2 younger kids have the same mom (their mom is dead) and the younger 2 have the same mom (their mom left them).

I just saw this! Let me try to help you out.

Okay, so long story short, there was a 20-year leap. So you've seen Purvi pregnant right? What happens is that [SPOILER]

Ovi is revealed to have had a child by Arjun. Remember their sizzling last night together before she left for Canada? Yeah. Ovi had a premature birth (7 months) and left the baby in the care of a nurse in the hospital (in Canada) because she had to be in India for something (was it Purvi and Arjun's wedding? I think it was). She goes back to Canada and sees her daughter in the incubator and is told she can take baby home. She's very happy (It's a touching moment!).

Arjun shows up in Canada for something (after a major fight with Purvi) and insists on staying with Ovi. Ovi's like "uh..." but he walks right in shamelessly. Ovi's daughter is there, but she says she's her friend's kid. Arjun's like "oh, how cute." Then the baby gets fever and Ovi FREAKS out and accidentally reveals that it's her baby. Arjun doesn't look pleased. They take baby to hospital. Arjun gets SO ANGRY at Ovi that he storms out of the hospital.

Purvi arrives in Canada. She meets Onir or something. Purvi somehow finds out baby is Arjun's and Ovi's. She gets really upset and out of shock maybe, she collapses after feeling an intense pain in her abdomen. They "operate" on her... we assume that the baby died since she was only a month pregnant.

She arrives at Ovi's house and chews both Arjun and Ovi out, (especially Arjun). She tells Arjun "it's over." Cue 20 year leap. :)

Ankita is a new character who is supposedly the daughter of Soham. She looks just like her grandmother and is playing a 19-20 year old.
