They're not happy with the scripts they get. Good roles are being offered to younger actresses. I also think that they've lost ambition. They spent too much time off screen and now its hard to get back into the groove.

Kajol is too busy being mom.

Sridevi is crazy and apparently a bewdi.

Karisma is traumatized from her marriage and is taking care of kids.

Forget these three, why isn't Diana Penty signing something?
