What exactly are you trying to show? I am sure you don't want the audience to have an antagonistic feelings towards the lead protagonist. Then why did I feel a subtle pleasure in the scene between Jodha and Maham? I felt Jodha deserves it. This shouldn't have happened.
I know Maham is wrong and evil with her schemes and plots but still I felt someone ought to teach Jodha a lesson on behavior and attitude. I know it was a typical saas-bahu scene where one is getting up on the other but still after the first scene today of Jalal and Jodha I felt Jodha deserved to get a dose of her own medicine. It almost seems she takes out her frustrations, anger and venom of every one in her 'sasural' to Jalal when he is being civil, nice and decent nowadays.

Her anger was justified when Jalal wrongly accused her of miscarriage and he deserved every bit of her wrath and insults but now when all he does is admire and appreciate she is there constantly rebuking him and being unthinkably rude and that is really confusing me! No husband, specially in that era where they worshiped their husbands and respected them beyond unbelievable measure, will take this attitude and nonsense from their wives under any circumstances and here not only Jalal is taking it face down but even falling more for her. Wow! I really need to find one in this time and age as well who will take such BS from a wife. And he was the Emperor of the nation as well.

The first scene today would have been marvelous and superb if only you all toned down Jodha. As I said yesterday being proud and honorable is one thing but crossing the border to being rude and insulting is another thing altogether. It was not her dialogue of putting down Mughals which gave me that feeling but it was her expression and tone that made me feel like shaking her. Even the kheer incident, why was she being so rude? So what if he had the bowl of kheer, there must be lot more prasad as well. Its a royal family after all, there is always plenty. We could have had such a splendid scene there where Jalal intentionally had the kheer from the spoon and given the other half to Jodha and she hesitatingly ate that. Why do we as audience have splendid romantic ideas than you CV's? Even the portrait could have been admired by Jalal and later when he finds out Jodha sketched it he would be left dumbfounded with appreciation. Why is it that I am left with nonsatiation, feeling hungry for more? I felt that scene could and should have been more meaty, more quantitative and qualitative!

When he is admiring the portrait her pride of being a rajputani is fantastic and she ought to be and Prithviraj Chauhan deserves all the praise as well but being a princess she ought to know where to cross the line and where to stop, where to held her head high and where not to put the opponent down or make them feel degraded.

CV's you are walking on a thin line, don't make Jodha so aggressive that audience will lose the connection with her. She is the protagonist and our feelings, sympathies and relating factor should always be with her and not with her opponents. You all can make her proud with her snide remarks to Maham and Ruqaiya where it is deserving but with Jalal when he is toning down you can't make her spit venom all the time. She took the slaps and insults of Ruqaiya without saying a word but here when she needs to tone down she is being nasty and rude all the time with Jalal.

As I said no husband will take this forget the Emperor of the nation.

You are making Jalal human from a cruel boor but in the process is turning Jodha into one. CV's please tread carefully, I shouldn't be feeling Jodha deserves the setback as an audience, it should be the other way round.

This was just my opinion, no intention of hurting anyone or putting any character down.

And please I need more scenes of Jodha and Jalal. Thanks you CV's.

cvs needs to really buck up yar, if this continues audience will quickly quit the show as it wont be relatable anymore...
this show is taking things for granted .
ur kheer wala view i saw it from perspectives.. i loved that scene.. i mean she so really wanted to share something with her hubby as lil as aprasad.. thats a good tiny step...i think jhoot moot k attitude dikha rahi h.. she is now a lil comfortable with him...😊

She is not only emotionally comfortable but physically as well. Or else she would not have agreed to sleep in the same room with him, she wouldn't have sat so closely with him without flinching, she wouldn't do head massage without any hesitation, she wouldn't have asked him to disrobe in front of her without a falter...these are great signs of her comfort level with Jalal.

Loved your write up. I don't mind her pride also and most of her retorts. It just wrong choice of words and with Jalal she overdoes it . Specially when he is being so patient I would atleast expect her to tone down a bit. Be ready for some more tanas tomorrow on wearing green color, taming hathi, and then breaking sukanya wedding. Jalal will have to shake the whole universe before Jodha accepts him!

superb post.
some times it's getting difficult to connect with jodha.
she was rude to jalaal when he is polite to her.
A simple thank u from jodha's side when he is genuinely praising her but no she is taunting him.
cv's should work on jodha's character.

My sentiments exactlyyy!!!!
Its very difficult for me to like or relate to Jodha...as a woman of that era and a queen
and a wife of a king she is rude arrogant and stupid!!!!

I still cant forgive her for taking out the bullets from his rifle it cld have cost him his life and pl wld lose their ruler
She got away scott free there is no remorse from her side abt anything , when she needs something from him for herself and her family she quickly comes and asks for it without gratitude and thankfulness

Today i hated the way she gave lecture to an appreciative hubby...

He gives in to her demands , compliments her respectsher family and she gives
him tanaas and taunts and has the cheek of ACCUSING HIM OF HIS TAUNTING NATURE!!!

I am lost ...she is snide and taunting

Last but not the least she talks about her hubby who is the SHENSHA with her maids in such derogatory ways makes me hate her

This is not what rajput princess were about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ red - Very very true! No recapitulation from either Jodha or Jalal and no repentance about the grave act from Jodha either.

the first scene where jodha was praising prithviraj chouhan , Jalal's face was all glittering in appreciation to that great warrior and his bravery until Jodha spilled the bean on him saying she wish someone come to save them from all the mughals. Jalal's face crumpled in pain..I was feeling bad for Jalal. Even after their marriage bar the miscarriage track I never felt bad for Jodha but jalal..
