Many of us are not liking the pace of the show which is too fast that the sensitivity of the track is lost and also not liking the editing of the show and jumping of tracks and not wrapping any properly. I am here highlighting only few aspects which justify such treatment.
1. DV was shown upset and crying since his realisation two weeks back at Prachi's wedding...so we have been seeing devdas in DV for whole two weeks which is not fast by any standards.
2. Since the beginning DV is shown to be happy go lucky kind, a go-getter who makes things happen instead of crying and sulking for
it. This quality of his has always been contrasted with Saanchi's character who is always struggling with her problems by panicking over them. Remember when saanchi and DV were having tea in a lovely weather and DV comments on Saanchi's hurry that in these five minutes I will relax, enjoy the weather, even listen to Saanchi's scolding and on the other hand in these five minutes saanchi would be only worrying and panicking and will waste this time.
3.DV has been Saanchi's backbone since a long time and very skillfully handled Prachi's inlaws when they were calling off the wedding, exposing Rishi tactfully, prepared Saanchi's case notes which were highly appreciated by her previous lawyer but at the same time he is shown to be human and not some demi god like heroes of other serials and makes mistakes too like pointed Rishi's boozing infront of everyone in the party or not cheking complete papers before the hearing. In an emotional turmoil which he was going through making such error is not very unlikely in practical circumstance.
4. The court track which was given so much importance since beginning was wrapped up very hastily and everyone has forgotten about it. The track in my I opinion has always been running in the background throughout and even now Pradeep Prabhu is shown to be working on it. In Saanchi's life loosing the case was overshadowed by first DV's confession and then by naani's health. Thus saanchi is divided between all these problems at the same time.
5. DV's sudden realization that saanchi also loves him was not unusual. How many of us have one sided loved someone? . At one moment there is unbearable pain and at another moment mind starts playing and analyzing and re re analyzing every small incident and builds up hope. Again that hope turns into despair and then again hope and this cycle goes on. So what DV is doing currently is on the same lines and very much in sync with DV's characterization. Else if he changed completely and becomes any other serial hero then also we would not have liked him. The way he boldly faces saanchi that he thought saachi prefers truth over lie and very bravely admits that saanchi is beautiful and intelligent and he likes her. This is true DV who was never scared of Saanchi and had the guts to say that she is wrong when she was. I simply loved DV's boldness. Also DV solves all problems happily and with a smile so it would've been very odd if he became a cry baby for his problems.
