~Epilogue-4~
"No...!!!" ..geet replied with a smirk and pushed his hand away hitting it slightly!
"WHAT..?" ..maan was completely shocked with her reply..he hadnt expected this.
Geet was enjoying it as she got the perfect chance to get back to him now.
"No means nahiii.." ..she replied with a mischief glint in her eyes.
Maan would have noticed it any other time..but right now..his main concern was to know the reason for her refusal to his proposal.. "Kyun nahi..?" he asked impetiently.
But geet wasnt going to leave him so easily..she was in a mood to tease & irritate him as much as she could..after all she didnt get the chance very often.. "aise hi..." ..geet replied shuggering her sholders..hiding her smile.
"What do u mean by aise hi..? Koi toh reason hoga na..?" maan asked annoyed with her.
However geet was having a great time seeing him so irritated.. "reason..han offcorse haina..bahut bada reason hai.." geet said with serious expression..worring maan..who was looking at her for his answers.
"actually.. ye "boyfriend-girlfriend" thing is a waste of time.." geet answered.
Maan felt disappointed hearing that..and couldnt stop himself from asking.. "tumhe aisa kyun lagta hai..?" he wanted to know why she thinks like that.
"kyunki ye jo boyfriends hote haina..wo bahut hi stupid hote hai..! Hamesha attitude dikhate hai..they try to dominate their girlfriends.. And most importantly..they are fickle with their feelings..aaj ek ke piche..toh kal dusari..fir tisari.." ..she countinued to list the faults of boyfriends in general..knowing very well that her words were hitting & aiming at the right place.
Maan was shocked hearing her accusations... "aur tumhe lagta hai ke main bhi unn jaisa hoon..?" ..maan asked with a slightly angery tone..how could she think of him like that!
Geet wanted to laugh seeing him getting charged up like that for no reason..but controlled. "maine aisa kab kaha..?" ..geet replied innocently, making maan to cool down a little..but it was short lived..as her next set of words made him to fume literely!
"tum waise nahi ho..kyunki tum boyfriend nahi ho na..! Ek bar boyfriend ban gaye toh tum bhi unn me se ek hojaoge.." she replied..laughing inwardly as she saw his shocked and angery eyes glaring at her. He looked ready to burst any moment.. "geettt.." maan warned gritting his teeth..but geet ignored his warning..and continued further.. "waise bhi thode-thode simptonse toh abhi se dikhane bhi lage hai.. Pehle toh late aana..fir mera mazak udaana..then discussing about "girlfriends" with ur friend.. Pata nahi baad me kya hoga.."
"excuse me..i was not disscussing about "girlfriends" with my friend.." ..maan said offended with her accusation.
"whatever..the point is..that i am not interested in being anyones girlfriend.." geet replied with attitude.
"han kyun nahi..waise bhi tumhara sara interest toh bas girlfriends ki tarah nakhre dikhane me hota hai na.." maan taunted glaring her.
Geet made an 0 face hearing his taunt.. "what did u say..?" ..she asked angerily.
"kyun..ek baar me sunaai nahi diya..?" ..he taunted once again..making her to fume all the more..
"main..main nakhare dikhati hoon..?" geet asked furiously..to which maan nodded with a mocking smile..and added.."..all the time..!"
"see thats what i was talking about! U all are the same..Thank god i didnt agreed to be ur girlfriend..!" she said eyeing him meaning fully..but maan ignored..he cared a damn..she has started this.
geet was boiling with rage seeing his attitude.. "khud itna attitude dikhata hai..aur kehta hai ki main nakhare karti hoon..! Agar itni hi problem hai toh why u even talk to me..? I wont meet u anymore..Jaa rahi hoon main..!" saying so she turned to leave..while maan who till now was angery at her..panicked forgeting all his anger as he realised the meaning of her last few words.
