Why?

Because he is a womanizer and has already dumped two women before and played with their emotions...they were able to move on but Saachi could not...

Okay...is Jagya really a womanizer? The Defense lawyer has to prove first that Jagya is not a womanizer...let us delve on it for a moment

Why did Jagya leave Anandi?
Because his marriage with Anandi was a Bal-Vivah. He got married to Anandi when he did not even know what marriage is or what commitment meant...he had no idea of what a husband is for...it was all like a child game for them...as he became more and more aware of his life and grew as an adult he developed love and care foe someone else...his relations with Anandi were more of a friendship instead of husband-wife...he felt trapped in a relationship which was forced upon him when he was a little child...so he married someone whom he really loved and cared for...

Then why did he leave Gauri??
Because his whole relationship with gauri was based on lies, manipulation etc. Gauri lied to Jagya, Gauri insulted his family...Jagya realised that Gauri is not trustworthy...Jagya found that Gauri hid so many things from him...he felt cheated and could not take it anymore...Gauri left no chice but to leave her...

Did Jagya play with Gauri / Anandi's emotions?
No because one relationship was forced upon him and the other relationship was based on lies, deceit where he felt cheated...but he was committed to both of them until he felt cheated or forecefully trapped...he did not involve himself with any other woman...

But Saachi says Jagya is a womanizer?
That is not true...Had Jagya been a womanizer, he would have already established some kind of physical relationship with her...but no...in fact Jagya was always helpful to Saachi...he saved her from getting raped...he helped her in her college project...he treated her when she was hurt...All his good deeds attracted Saachi towards him...Jagya never made any move on Saachi...in fact Saachi was so desparate to marry Jagya that she bribed the pundit to change engagement dates, saadi dates etc.

The aboce arguments MIGHT prove that Jagya is not a womanizer...

So why did Saachi commit suicide?
Because Jagya broke off and he felt cheated by Saachi as well...and he did not want to repeat the same mistakes that he made with Gauri...

Is is true that Saachi tried to cheat Jagya?
YES, she pretended to act and disrespect his family.

After this the case truns to Saachi and she being NAADAN, BACHCI blabbers ALL the truth...

Jagya is released and Saachi faces one year in prison for suicide attempt...

Case closed...

Nicely written! I guess this is what will or has to happen in the court(but i guess this will happen after full on nasty vicious argument by the Public Prosecutor. Wonder why public prosecutors are shown so very rude and aimed at only winning their case😕). Only one thing may be different. I guess Sanchi will only be fined. I guess that law states that Prison term or Fine or Both depending on situation.

It would be nice if a hefty fine is imposed along with Mental evaluation of Saachi...she badly needs a rehabilitation facility 😡

Just get the phone records of Jagya and Sanchi and that itself will prove who was after whom !!! 😆

I take a bit of a different view on this. I don't think the court will look too kindly at J leaving Anandi especially considering the way he did it. With Gauri, even if she had lied to him what if the court finds that he had lied to her for five years too...digs up the past connection she has with the Singhs...also digs up exactly how he married her then how he became drunk and through his anger bailed on his MS whilst Gauri financially took care of him? There are many counter-arguments to that. Their relationship was not based on a lie but lies came after with the insecurities and J was definitely not the innocent one in the relationship at least from the middle towards the end.
