Infertility could be with anyone. Even a girl aged 18 might have the issue. Age plays a factor but other factors are there too.

Normally a 26-27 years old girl like Anandi, few times together might have resulted in pregnancy if both partners normal 😊

I agree with angelic8219. If there is a separation track they intend to show, CVs might use Anandi's pregnancy - a reason for their patch-up. The pregnancy might make Shiv realise the trouble he gave her and the mistakes he made in this whole scenario. What say?
