Don't expect the poor girl to defy biology in the heat of emotions Tanvi. 😆 😆I won't say that she needs to leave Asad. Although that's what anyone who isn't Zoya would've done. Because she's just as flawed as he is, so who am I to say that he doesn't deserve her? She needs a break. And she needs to start taking action if she wants her condition to change. This ain't Camelot. The whole damsel in distress gig clearly isn't working, so she needs to up her game. Or walk out. Whichever one works. But do something woman!
Jazzy, for any of these things to happen Zoya has to be someone with her own mind, preferences, and self-respect. But, do not you see "that Zoya" is dead long back? That was the characterization in the initial days. Now Zoya is just another "woman" according to the Indian Television senses. She will be married off, given by, given to, taken back, taken by, told to, asked to, ordered to,returned by and to, and anything and everything in passive, and not even once in active, except for crying, praying, and looking good, and perhaps blaming Asad?. She simply cannot do anything esle substantial on her own. Asad has to keep his promise or Ayan has to keep his to Asad. She, the nakli or asli wife, the respectable bahu of the house or the would-be of Asad cannot open up her mouth and lose dignity and honour now. Her duty is to wait and be the object of action.
