An update due to Gulgule's return...

Gulgule enters and Gollu teases him, but he says he's fine now because he got an injection. Billu is crying and Gopi is comforting him. CC is listening and getting annoyed. CC tells him to be happy because they wanted a relationship with the Commissioner not him. Billu understands and says he'll get married to a girl who wants him not the relationship. The pandit comes again with a proposal and Billu gets all excited. CC slaps him.
The next day, Billu and Gopi are looking at a file carefully which CC gets happy on seeing, but then a comicbook falls out. At that time a family come there crying. The man says his name is Kunwara Khushwa. One of the ladies is Daku Khushwa. They explain that the marriage happened but the groom's family doesn't want to do the bidaai.
Later, Gopi brings the groom and his mama to the chowki. Chitranjan Chaukna, the groom, and his uncle say that his saali stole the shoes, but never gave them back. They are their family shoes, without which there won't be a bidaai. CC tells them to go and she'll solve the case.
Later, the saali and a man has the pair of shoes. He says to let them suffer a bit more before we give the shoes back to them.
At the chowki, CC says that Daku's sister, Musharayen, is at fault for not returning the shoes. She says she doesn't have the shoes. Daku says Musharayen is waiting to get married herself. Billu tries to get himself set, but CC slaps him. Gopi says we need to do something. CC says that she isn't getting any idea.
Gulgule enters at this time and says "Aa raha hai madam. Aa raha hai. Mere dimak main aapke ek dhai chatkan mirch naa makhan idea aa raha hai." CC, Billu, and Gopi get happy on seeing GG. Gopi and Billu run and hug GG. He gets away from them and stands in his place of honor beside CC again. Billu says that now he won't have to eat GG's share of rapte as well. GG begs for one as well and gets happy on receiving one as well. CC says that now GG is back and everything will happen properly now.
GG and Gollu are dancing to Dhan Dhan Dhatang from Rowdy Rathore. BP comes in at that time and asks him who he is. GG says he's doing what he has been doing for the past 8 years in this chowki and asks who he is. BP laughs at this. BP introduces himself and GG salutes himself and introduces himself as well. BP leaves and Billu forgets at this time and runs off to bring BP. Gopi twists his ear and Billu asks if anything happened. BP leaves again. CC enters at this time and tells GG if he can't come up with an idea then her gun is ready. GG gives CC an idea after getting a rapta. The song Maston Ka Jhund playing in the bg.
