He said teasingly but she stood up and started to run as her laughter filled his heart with an unknown joy. The chase of love started again and it was internal this time.

FLASHBACK

She was getting herself ready, as she was advising the army men attack accordingly. After it was done as she was all alone in the room. She could no longer hold back her pain and tears she was not just ready to attack someone she loved so much. Her body crumbled down on the floor as she could hear the chaos outside, the marriage indeed turned into complete mess the guest were taken inside the room and were well protected. She kept crying but finally she confronted herself

She kept crying but was disturbed by a male voice she turned to see it was Uday. He was leaning on the door as he came and took her fragile body into his embrace and said to her

No uday you have your family to look after please do not do this

He boy held fire within his hand as if he held the fires of hell and his eyes were red. They held still recognition for the girl he had once loved enough to tear out his beating heart should this have happened. He threw the fire in one of his hands then launched himself close behind the fire ball as if he expected the Manyata to hit it back on him. Dead was much better than fighting his beloved. But she didn't. Lifting herself into the air she flew in the opposite direction away from the fire ball and from Uday. She honestly didn't want to fight him even though his people were causing this destruction.

A shout full of pain revealed itself from behind her and the angel Risked a look back and wished she didn't. Because what she saw was the Uday holding both hands to his head as fangs grew from his jaws and huge black bat like wings sprout from his back. A strangled scream made its way from the throat as this happened. Blood splattered the already ravaged ground as he tested his wings. It was then that the Manyata had noticed that she had stopped and was hovering in midair with her mouth gaping open. Her hands went slack as panic took over her mind. She had to catch her bow before it fell through her fingers. With a look back she saw that uday was indeed beginning to continue the chase as his people started commanding him for direct attack. I can't let him catch me, was her thought as she pumped her wings fast and hard to catch what little air there was. There was hardly enough air for a glide but she knew both of their life was in danger so she put all of her strength behind each thrust of her wings and finally managed to fly out of the his 's reach. Finally after all of this chasing she realized that now it was time to stop this war she could not let him die and so she decided to sacrifice herself. Till now both were hitting the arrow in a way so that the other is saved but now she would purposely get hit. Lifting her bow she placed her arm in position and aimed the bow. An arrow of pure light alighted on the bow and she pulled back the arrow, waiting for the Uday to get closer. He too applied the same trick. It was mere seconds but it seemed like an eternity to the poor couple. Her eyes were wide and fixed with rapt concentration and a stray red-gold lock blew in her eyes but she cared not at all because she knew when he had entered her aim.

As she fired she knew the arrow would miss but that wasn't what she was aiming for. Instead of dodging it he drew himself closer to it and so did manyata. Both of their wings were burning as the flames were eating one feather after another.

Both of the landed on the ground with a plain thud. They were taking their last breaths. Both of their hands intertwined with other, there people were not around .Uday detected the slight tremor in her voice and smirking said

So we did it right

She placed a fake smile and replied to him

Yea our plans a success we did it

They were taking their last breath as she said to him
