306-Abetment to suicide? Really CVs? Do you know what it states?
Do the CVs even bother to read up on the laws before trying to make use of them. 🤢
I suggest them to buy a copy of the IPC as soon as possible

That was valid because there was an actual action on part of the accused which directly led to the victim's death. Here suicide originated in Sanchi's mind, decison to commit suicide was by Sanchi and nobody placed her under duress to do so except Sanchi
There is NO case. CVs, you can't mock the Indian law like this!

Roop says Sanchi will do what she feels right😆. Matlab jagya pe koi bhi charge laga sakthi hai.

Abetment to suicide is a weak case and can be proved wrong by Anandi's statement to police itself if in court the defense use their brain, understand and prove that suicide attempt was to scare ppl, not real suicide attempt.

But she didn't die 🤣🤣🤣. She didn't commit suicide 🤣🤣🤣.
How can he be charged with 306 for an attempted suicide?
But I am very happy that he is being charged with something. This man just keeps entering in and out of relationships and marrying women left, right and centre. I want him to be shaken up a bit and know that he cant just discard his women after he is fed up with them. A little jail time will hopefully ensure that this marriage to ganga is his last one.

Absolutely. The case lacks a sound base for accusing Jagya. Jagya was under no obligation to be committed to Sanchi and hence had every right to reject her unless he got her pregnant or something.

Yes but even if the attempt was a real one and god forbid she actually died, he still can't be charged. he didn't make her do anything neither did he assist her in doing so. Neither did he place her in some sort of a forced situation where the only way she could escape was suicide

If the CVs show this , it would be highly irresponsible. Especially in a show like this which has such a huge viewership
Women will start believing that you can send men who have jilted them to jail just by suicide attempts.
