Bigamy/Adultery is punishable only when the women concerned complain about it. Adultery i'm not sure if its a crime punishable by law. I think thats just a basis for applying for divorce. Not really sure on this😕. Court can't take action on its own on these matters. U know na some politicians/actors in India have two wives at the same time and every one knows about it also. No action is taken against them.

It is not about filing a case. It is testifying about Jagya's character which will adversely affect the judgment. Though he is letoff, it will be a bad publicity for all concerned.
