So this is just for fun...whether you believe in star signs or not. What star sign do you think each character would be? Here's my take:
Aastha - Pisces. I can't help but think she's a lot like pisces. She's a bit flighty, head in the clouds type, vulnerable, naive, but loyal, sweet, caring and compassionate. Has bursts of anger and would rather avoid emotional issues than confront them head on (unless pushed or provoked to).
Shlok - Scorpio. I honestly cannot think he can fit any other star sign except Scorpio. Brooding, intense, passionate, fearless, loyal and needs to be in control/controlling. It's said if you cross a Scorpio, you need to constantly watch your back because they'll be plotting their revenge on you. Seems very fitting in this case!
Niranjan - possibly Scorpio but I don't see any passion in him, just a very, very clean and meticulous exterior. I think he's more like a Virgo - very fussy, fastidious, conservative, judgemental and critical. (These are just the bad traits of a Virgo I've mentioned - I know there are good ones! One of my best friends is a Virgo!)
Anjali - Hmmm, again, I have to go with Scorpio. Scorpio women are direct and not flighty people. She's also controlling even though she's also controlled. What is it with the Agnihotris! (Nothing against Scorpios- I personally love them). Also very poised.
Kalindi - Cancer. She's the caring, protective, maternal type but can also be stubborn and suspicious which I think are very cancerian traits - judging by my own mother!
Avdhood - hmm not too sure to be honest.
