Why does Hamida love Jodha so much? - Page 13

first hamida faints and is acting like she is patient of asthma (after seeing jalal's condition) then she just gives a tiny lecture to jodha abt her so called naadani 😡. (so she considers jodha's foolishness and careless behavior as naadani. what type of a mother she is?) then she worries abt protecting her ( i mean for god's sake woman, it is your son who is on death bed not jodha. so wake up) forgetting that the whole mughal empire is at stake and it is abt to crumble thanks to jodha. i would not like this ghrina atmosphere around jodha to evaporate so soon. she needs to get back what she gave to others esp jalal who has been nothing but patient wid her tantrums. so for a second atleast hamida needs to put her love (or obsession) for jodha aside and have some thoughts abt her son and his empire. sometimes i really wish MA was the real mother of jalal and she really love him. the way she protects her own son (i know he doesnt deserve it) is commendable. right now i feel that hamida is not even fit to be a mother to a guy like jalal. no wonder jalal loves MA more. even mostly it is a fake concern, she atleast she shows it. she might not love jalal like she loves adham but she does not hate him (jalal).

Where is it written that Hamida loved Ruqaiyya as her daughter?

Jehangir mentions it in his auto biography saying Ruqu was most loved by akbar among all wives and his grand mom and ruqu always with each other and treated her as daughter from childhood. Jehangir mentions less of his mom and more about ruqu and hamida in his auto wonder why?

She said she loves jodha like she is her daughter and I one child is on deathbed I'm pretty sure she wouldn't try to put another in the same position
