Doormats can be men too

Alok has characteristics of a doormat.

Shiv is also sort of doormat for anandi, Ira and sanchi.

Jagya is doormat for ganga.

Bhairon is doormat for sumitra most of the time. garastha hain, barastha nahin.😆

Basant is a solid doormat for dadisa.

Mahi behaved like a doormat for ashima.

Basant is doormat for Maa sa - agreed.

Alok is doormat for Ira and entire family - agreed

Jagya or Shiv are not doormats. Especially Shiv now.

Shiv isn't doormat for family either.

Bhairon is a sorry figure. Worse than doormat really.

Shiv ...he is not a doormat for Anandi..at least ! Yes!- he is..for his mother and sister because he is blind there!"but for Anandi...he is a saint ...concealed his real face with a muslin cloth veil...not revealing his feelings... intentions...but demands---.through deeds ...ordering her to follow him without any questioning/discussion !

For that matter we can say...Jagya is a doormat for everybody...at one stage or the other except Anandi !!

Bhairov is a doormat for circumstances ...most of the times he kept himself silent...at crucial junctures...Yes nowadays he is a doormat for Sumitra and to some extent Shekhars' too! Mahis' case...there is no clarity ...who is whose doormat [?!]---it seems even the CVs are also confused...at that juncture !!

Shiv was never a doormat to anyone nor is now...when time came he spoke against his mother and sister too and now when he is against his wife...for now he making Anandi a doormat

What is being a doormat?
1.You know others are using you and yet you are keeping quiet so that there will be peace and harmony.
2.Sometimes you also become a doormat if you are spineless.
3.Sometimes you are indifferent and do not care whether someone is using you as a doormat. 4.Sometimes if you love a person you wont mind becoming a doormat for him or for her. 5.And sometimes you dont know whether you are a doormat or not.

I think Bhairon belongs to the first description.

and anandi belongs to the last description.

Shiv and Jagya belongs to the 3rd category.

Basant belongs to the 4th description.

There are more than one person who belong to the second description whom I dont want to name.
