Gauri left Jagya or Jagya left Gauri?

Gauri and Jagya are examples as to how urban marriages go wrong. Ego clashes mainly.

Why Bhairon anandi, ganga, Ira, Shiv never asked Jagya whether he was divorced legally? And they are quite aware people. or did I miss anything?

That may be one of the reasons why Jagya did not want to marry.

Jagya easily could have said no to sanchi's marriage proposal by saying that he did not divorce gauri and he is not in a hurry to divorce gauri. That response from him would have made shekhars to backtrack.

its the blunder of cvs..they ll defvvelop a seperate track for this...gauri returning and all the legal proceeding for next 6 mths..so boring...

amusing thing is that Jagya applied for ganga's divorce from ratan while he forgot to file a divorce for himself.

If he is not divorced wont his present marriage will become illegal?
Can CVs enlighten us on this aspect?

If gauri agrees to give divorce, will we witness one more marriage ritual for Jagya and ganga? 4th sindoor.😆

May be creatives think this divorce thing is for ladies only - she has to be free from any link - this rule does not apply to men. So Jagya never bothered if he was still married while marrying Gauri and even now he thinks that just leaving and slapping Gauri is enough to make 'the end' of that rishta.

If it is illegal, then Jgaya ganga's marriage is legal.

But now supreme court says that even live in relationships have some status.

The marriage was not legal, but they were in a live-in relationship (everybody thought that they are married) for a long time and Gauri became pregnant twice. That is enough for courts to consider and thats why proper closure of that relationship was required before another marriage of Jagya with yet another girl. Perhaps Gauri angle will be used as a new twist and to stretch the story whenever creatives want. That is the only reason that they never showed what happened to her - is she single or has married someone, whether she has the child of Jagya or she went for abortion even whether she is dead or alive (who knows the Dr. Gauri for whom Jagya waited whole day was the same Gauri, because not even a glimpse of Dr. Gauri was shown).
