TOI: Nikita-Ridhima verbal spat

TV actresses Nikita and Ridheema have a showdown on the set.

The popular belief that two actresses can never be friends holds true for Nikita Sharma and andRidheema Tiwari, co-stars in Do Dil... Ek Jaan. While Nikita plays Antara, the protagonist, Ridheema plays Rasika, another character on the show.

Recently, the two had a major showdown during the shoot. In fact, their verbal spat turned into such a full-blown war of words, that their colleagues had to intervene.

So, how did it all start? It seems Nikita irked Ridheema by making faces at her while she was shooting for a scene.

Says a source, "Nikita and Ridheema were shooting for a scene where the former had to give the latter cues. However, she started making faces instead, which miffed Ridheema. They had a heated conversation and Ridheema voiced her displeasure openly."

Confirms Ridheema, "It's common when people with different temperaments shoot together. I have forgotten about it. We are all here to work and should keep doing that."
