My take based on today's WU. What is acceptable, what is borderline acceptable and what is not acceptable. This is just my POV, everyone is entitled to their opinions and I understand if your POV differs from mine.
Lets start off with Haseena - Apparently what all she did today such as insulting Najma and bringing cheap necklace for Nikath, taunting ZOYAAN is all expected and no surprise as she is being true to her character and we do see people like that in real life. Such people don't behave themselves until they are put in place like how Asad did long long time ago. Therefore, her behavior is borderline acceptable based on her nature because others are letting her to behave that way and not standing up for themselves.
Badi Bi - She is the oldest and know very well about sensitivity around Nikat wedding, why can't she just ignore Haseena and let the Nikah happen without provoking Haseena on cheap necklace and causing all Najma drama. Badi bi is irresponsible here to throw stone on filth when she know her own kids are playing close by and filth can fall on them - this is not acceptable because she didn't open her mouth to knock sense in to Nikat and Shirin to avoid Haseena rishta in the first place and now she has no right to create issues by provoking Haseena.
Najma/Zoya - today both of them kept quiet and took Haseena abuse because of sensitivity of Nikat situation. If one of them retorted and Haseena bi could say I will break this engagement then the story comes to the beginning - while they should have never entertained person like Haseena bi and never accepted To get Nikat married to Farhan ...now that they are in this rut they just have to shut their mouths against their will for Nikat so that engagement can take place without interruption. In the given circumstances their behavior is acceptable though they are not true to their nature.
